Not only was this the perfect house for our needs, but Vacay AZ, the managing organization, was superb as well. We visited with six couples, and had ample space from the outdoor recreation areas, to the movie theatre, to indoor seating (which we didn't use much given the beautiful May weather). There were ample amenities that allowed us to do whatever we wanted with plenty of room to spare. The accommodations were clean, well appointed, and roomy. We're hoping to make another trip to this house in the future.

This is one of the most BEAUTIFUL homes I have had the pleasure of staying in. We reserved it for a Bachelorette trip to Scottsdale. All of the girls absolutely LOVED it! There was so much space and closet space in each room. The interior design was simply gorgeous and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. We definitely enjoyed relaxing by the pool. It's also in a great location. A trip to pickup food, groceries, restaurants or activities can take up to 5-20 minutes; which is not bad at all. VacayAZ was very quick to respond to us if we had any questions. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

What a fun place to stay with a big group! The kids were never bored, there was enough room that our 3 families didn’t feel on top of each other, and the giant movie theater was an excellent break from the sun. Plus, the beds were crazy comfy! Can’t wait to come back next year!

This was by far the best and most unique Airbnb I've ever stayed in. We came for a Bachelor Party and wanted somewhere more low key and private for our group of 14. The house could not have been a more perfect set up for us. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out, there was so many different places to hang out and things to do. The pool was the perfect spot to sit and look out over the landscape. One of the best things was the huge fire pit that is built right into the massive cliffs behind the house. The hosts were also super responsive to anything we needed and even brought us firewood. Cannot recommend this house enough.

If you are undecided of where to stay, STAY HERE!!! This place was the most amazing mansion I’ve ever seen. Everything was perfect. From the dragon at the pool with the red eyes all the way to the master bedroom suite with a HUGE I mean HUGEEEE jacuzzi bath and the shower with SIX shower heads. It’s a house you see in the movies. It takes so long to get from one side of the house to the other. The view of the mountains then the city on the other side is breath taking. I swear I will own this house one day! I can’t wait to return it will definitely be this year again!!!

This place was the the ultimate bachelor pad in a great location in close proximity to old town scottsdale. Ton's of space allowed for every guest to feel comfortale. Incredible amenities inside and out. The outdoor space is a vibe with outdoor bar, firepit, seating area, hot tub and heated pool with a water slide. The kitchen is well stocked, the fridge has tons of space you can really chef it up in there or hire a chef! The games inside (shuffleboard, billiards, fuzbol) are well kept. The perfect place to relax and chill with a big group for a weekend or for weeks!. Highly recommend this place! We had an incredble stay.

The house was absolutely stunning! From the beautiful outdoor furniture, to the plush bedding the house was exactly what we were looking for! All the rooms were so nice, and the huge updated kitchen was perfect for our large family! The house had the perfect combo of luxury and kid friendly we needed to have the perfect trip! We enjoyed hanging outside by the pool all day and evening! Our first trip where we didn't want to leave the house the whole time we were there. We are definitely going to be coming back!

The perfect sized house for a week long family gathering! Our group included 6 adults, an energetic 2 1/2 year old and a curious dog who all loved to hike the many trails in walking distance and explore the dog park and playground. S’mores, star gazing, morning yoga on the deck and cooking/grilling many meals together in the fabulous oversized kitchen were all highlights. A peaceful, quiet area with views that were breathtaking morning, noon and night. You will definitely leave this great rental feeling more energetic!

We LOVED this house. The views are absolutely spectacular. It's walking distance to the Broken Arrow trailhead, which hosts some of Sedona's most iconic hikes and off road vehicle trails.
The house was spacious, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive. We loved the landscaped yard with all the seating areas and water features. The house is in a neighborhood, but it feels extremely private. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to beautiful Sedona.

Our family enjoyed the relaxing accommodations of this property. One of the immediate things that makes this place so special are the panoramic views from southwest to northeast that can be seen not only from the patio, but from within the living room and family room of this home. The space within the home was inviting with plenty of room to gather together or to find a quiet spot. The neighborhood is also quiet with no road noise. We will be back soon, I'm sure.

This house is something else, starting with the Dragon by the pool and the gorgeous sceneries of Camelback mountain and the city of Phoenix in the back!! This property has it all, with plenty of space to host a lot of people, this is the perfect place for a get-together and spend quality time with friends and family. Wow! What a treat it was to stay in this beautiful house and guest house! Our family of 5 had a fun and relaxing time at this property! The back yard was great. We enjoyed corn hole, sand volleyball, and relaxing in the sun near the pool. Our 13 year old used the basketball court every day. The garage has been made into a game room. We played ping pong tournaments almost every night we stayed. The home was clean and well stocked with all we needed during our stay. There are restaurants and shopping within 15 minutes of the home. We hiked trails that were a short 15 min drive:). We would highly recommend this home to others looking to have an enjoyable and relaxing vacation!

If you are looking for peace, tranquility & beautiful views this is the home for you. The location and views are perfect. The home has something for everyone & our family enjoyed all of the amenities; the hot tub, pool, playground, koi pond, steam shower, the game room & the golf course. The pool was perfect for small kids, as it has many ledges, levels and water fountain features. The home was also very well stocked with extras such as coffee, paper products, soaps, etc.
We had many things planned & ended up enjoying time at the house instead! Our favorite thing was watching for wildlife & enjoying the gorgeous sunsets. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

We absolutely LOVED our stay. The views off the back patio with the hot tub and firepit were stunning. One night we sat in the hot tub and turned off all the house lights–the milky way was right there above us and we saw at least a dozen shooting stars. Truly magical. We loved alternating between the fire pit outside and the fireplace in the living room. The whole environment was peaceful and relaxing.
The kitchen was well provisioned, and we really appreciated that there was dish soap and laundry soap etc. on hand for us to use. The beds and pillows were very comfortable as well. We went as a group of 4 girlfriends, and we all agreed it was one of the nicest Airbnbs we'd ever stayed in. I already want to go back with my husband!

Our extended family stayed at the Fountain Hills home for 6 nights and had a fantastic experience. We hiked at the nearby McDowell Sonoran Preserve and mountain biked at McDowell Mountain Regional Park, both great experiences. The home is a short drive to restaurants in Fountain Hills and and a reasonable distance to great restaurants in North Scottsdale. The home was super accommodating for all guests with the teenagers enjoying the heated pool and everybody able to find a quiet place to relax. I would highly recommend this property and VacayAZ as property manager.

My friends and I rented this place for a writing retreat in mid-June and it was exactly what we wanted/needed and more. The house actually looks better in person than in the photos. The pool area remains cool for several hours in the morning and evening, the sun sets spectacularly behind the mountain. The separate hot tub was a great place to spend evenings. And the roof deck lets you take in the stars. The fact that all of the outdoor spaces have views of Black Mountain is so special. I really appreciated that almost every bedroom was so private and had its own bathroom. I also appreciated all the separate writing spaces. We also made a lot of use of that amazing kitchen! It has everything you need to make spectacular meals. And the outdoor grill/stovetop were really fun and easy to use. The living room spaces were beautiful as well especially the main room with a view of the pool and mountain.

Pool was delightful, there was some mini golf in the yard and plenty of games and sports equipment. We booked the Cliff House for a relaxing getaway and the location and home did not disappoint! We were close to many of Sedona’s beautiful trails, swimming holes, and vortexes, but it was also so lovely to just hang poolside with the barbecue and beautiful views. Even better than the pictures. It is peaceful and has amazing views. It is a short drive to all the shopping, restaurants, hiking, etc. of Sedona. We spent a lot of time by the fire pit and hot tub, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a few meals, and we felt at home the minute we walked in. This place was PERFECT for our girls weekend vaca. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking at home. The views were amazing. Get to watch the sunset from the patio and hot tub every night. Walk out the back door to local trails. It’s a neighborhood but we felt we had plenty of privacy.

This property was perfect for our family during my son's wedding weekend. All of us were from out of state and got in at different times over the span of 36 hours. There was plenty of off-street parking for all our rental cars (eight total!) and it was easy to come and go as needed. With all the amenities the property offered, (pool, basketball court, yard, pool table, etc.) everyone (ages 2 to 87) was entertained. The house was perfectly appointed and we lacked for nothing - plenty of seating for 23 people, comfortable beds, all the kitchen tools and dishes and cookware made meals for our extended family easy and allowed us to all spend time together. Check-out instructions and requirements weren't over the top or excessive. Communication with management was always prompt, friendly and accommodating. Overall, some of the best money we've spent to add this memory to our family album. Thanks for everything!

Great location for a golf weekend. Plenty of space for 14 people. Tons of activities around the house. The movie theater was awesome. Be sure to check out Salt & Lime nearby for lunch or dinner. Top notch cantina.

This house is amazing! The pool and sauna are great in and of themselves, but the amazing views in the background really made it a next-level experience. Great open floor plan on the first floor, good for large groups. Lots of decks and built-in outdoor grill, great for hanging outside. And there's a trail just outside the backyard door, a 10 minute up to the Summit Trail with *unbelievable* 360 degree views. I highly highly recommend this house!

We loved being able to access walking and biking trials within walking distance of the house.
The kitchen was perfect for all our cooking.
The hosts were great to deal with.
This rental exceeded all my expectations and is my favorite rental ever.

This was a beautiful spacious house that accommodated a work offsite for our small team very nicely. The layout was awesome and provided a sense of privacy but also had several areas for us to come together and socialize. The bedrooms were spacious and situated to accommodate females and males separately if needed. The rooms consisted of a Master bedroom spanning the entire upstairs and was extremely luxurious, then an outside room in the Casita providing a little more privacy, and then the remaining 3 rooms situated around a sitting area.
The common living areas were large and provided a comfortable setting with strong WIFI throughout the property for both our work meetings and personal use. In the evenings we were able to enjoy the large game room located in the Casita, soak in the hot tub, and sit around the firepit. The property managers were very easy to work with and very responsive. Easy to use QR code pointing us to instructions on the rental. Highly recommend!

This home is absolutely immaculate. There was more than enough space for our large family, so much attention to detail, and everything is top of the line. We only left for a few outings because we were having so much fun enjoying the pool, pickleball, and everything else this amazing property has to offer. I can’t say enough great things!

This is truly a gem near all of the beauty and amenities that Sedona has to offer. We felt right at home here with the beautiful, fully stocked kitchen. The backyard truly has something for everyone, from the pool to the fire pit, they have thought of everything. The cleanliness was top notch and the home is so warm and inviting with its neutral aesthetic. We would, hands down, stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay and particularly enjoyed the privacy and breathtaking views of the red rocks. The host was very responsive and the place had all the necessary amenities. The location was conveniently close to downtown, so we didn't miss out on anything.

We had a fantastic stay. Great care has been taken to anticipate and trace all potential needs any guests might have.
We loved the luxe yet relaxed interior decor. The kitchen is very well equipped and we were able to cook and bbq more than once.. our favourite times at the house. There is a spectacular view from the living room and the backyard is a fun space with pool, hot tub and fire pit.
We loved the traffic calmed neighbourhood and being able to reach hikes straight from the location. The house is walking distance from shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.
