Outside, you'll find a heated pool, hot tub, regulation volleyball court, and a pickleball court — ideal for outdoor adventures with family or friends. Lounge under the stars or cool off after a hike through Tonto National Forest. The area boasts everything from art galleries to day trips to the Grand Canyon.

An additional fee of $175 per night, with a three-night minimum, is charged to heat the swimming pool.

The space

During your stay, you can enjoy the entire home. There is no garage access, but there is a sizable parking space in the driveway.

Guest access

An electronic code will be provided to you 7 days before check-in.

Interaction with guests

We are available as much or as little as you desire. Our office and homes are nearby, so anyone from our staff can accommodate your needs.

VacayAZ wants every stay at our Scottsdale vacation rentals to be enjoyable, relaxing, and fun — for you and our neighbors. Please review the house rules below to ensure a smooth check-in and a memorable family vacation or group getaway.

• No Professional Photo/Video Shoots Without Approval
  We love a good memory, but the VacayAZ team must approve all professional shoots in advance. Unauthorized filming may result in the cancellation of your stay.
  
  
• Maximum Occupancy Limits Apply
  This vacation property is designed for a specific number of guests. To ensure comfort and safety, please respect the occupancy limits shown on the listing.
  
  
• Signed Rental Agreement Required
  A signed agreement is required to secure your booking and finalize your reservation dates.
  
  
• Quiet Hours After 9:00 PM
  This cozy Scottsdale rental is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood. Noise levels are monitored with on-site meters. Excessive volume after 9 PM may lead to loss of your security deposit and early removal — no exceptions.
  
  
• Minimum Age to Book: 25 Years
  At least one guest must be 25 or older to rent this property.
  
  
• Pets Welcome with Approval
  Are you bringing a furry friend? Pets are welcome with prior approval from the homeowner. Depending on the number and type of animals, a pet fee may apply.
  
  
• No Taping Items to Walls or Ceilings
  Please avoid attaching decorations or signage to walls or ceilings to keep this well-maintained vacation house looking its best for all future guests.
  
  
• Damages Will Be Billed
  Any damage to the space, furniture, or amenities during your stay will be the guest's responsibility. We work hard to offer well-appointed, luxury-style accommodations, and we appreciate your care.
  
  
• Left Something Behind?
  Items left behind can be returned for a $25 handling fee, plus shipping. Payment must be received before items are mailed out.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change, and we aim to offer flexibility while keeping our calendar accurate for future vacationers:

• Full Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking to receive a full refund.
  
  
• Partial Refund: Cancel up to 7 days before check-in for a 50% refund.
  
  
• No Refund: Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Date changes or shortening of your trip must be made within 48 hours of booking. After that time, nights fall under the same cancellation terms: 50% refund up to 7 days before arrival; no refund after.
