• Guests are responsible for any damage that happens during their stay.
• Items left behind can be returned for a small handling and shipping fee — just let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Cancellation Policy

• A full refund is available within 48 hours of booking.
• A 50% refund is available up to 7 days before check-in.
• No refunds will be issued within 7 days of arrival.
