- A signed rental agreement is required
- No smoking inside the home
- Pets must be approved in advance
- Do not tape or attach anything to walls or ceilings
- $500 minimum fine for noise violations, with possible removal and additional city fines

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking
- 50% refund if canceled up to 7 days before check-in
