The Sedona Cliff House is located in an area we refer to as one of Sedona's best-kept secrets. Nestled near Oak Creek and surrounded by scenic hiking trails, this Sedona retreat offers the perfect blend of serenity and adventure. The location is surrounded by an abundance of uncrowded hiking & biking trails, just down the road from Red Rock State Park, and away from the busyness of the town. But here is the best part. It’s only a 3-mile, scenic drive from town. It doesn't get much better than that.

These properties (main house and guest house) are a Sedona adventure for anyone lucky enough to experience them. Inside, you'll find simple elegance with excellent flow. Tons of natural lighting, spacious gathering areas, and comfortable accommodations all complement the unique design features of this work of art.

Most impressive is the outdoor space: a negative-edge heated pool with valley-wide views, spacious private decks where you can roll out your bed and sleep under the stars, a large grass area perfect for group events, and a wood-burning fire pit that is sure to be the highlight of your trip.

‍What to Expect During Your Stay

• The pool: There is an additional fee of $175 per night to heat the swimming pool with a three-night minimum.
• Amenities: We offer all the conveniences of a hotel but with more space and amenities. All our homes are furnished with professionally laundered linens that are changed and washed for every guest, blow dryers, irons, blenders, hangers, all cooking supplies, and more.
• ‍The space: ‍The entire home is yours to enjoy during your stay.
• ‍Guest access: An electronic code will be provided to you 7 days before check-in.
• ‍Interaction with guests: We are available as much or as little as you desire. Our office and homes are nearby, so anyone from our staff can accommodate your needs.

‍House Rules, Policies & Notes 

Please note that this is an ideal space for families and friends looking for a quiet, serene stay amongst the beauty of Sedona. This does not fit groups looking for late nights and high energy. This is a quaint neighborhood, so we stress no parties or events. Fire restrictions may be in effect depending on Sedona's weather conditions during your stay. Guests purchase firewood; VacayAZ does not supply firewood.

• No professional photo/video shoots unless approved by VacayAZ
• Occupancy is limited to the maximum number of guests shown in the listing.
• A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.
• ‍No loud noise after 9pm. Violating this rule will result in the loss of the security deposit and removal from the home without a refund. There are noise meters on site monitoring noise levels.
• Must be at least 28 years old to book.
• Pets are permitted with VacayAZ approval. Pet fees may apply.
• Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
• Guests will be charged for any damage to the home resulting from their stay.
• Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the shipping cost, and must be prepared before the item is dispatched.

‍Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled until 7 days before check-in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of the check-in date.
