If you’d like the pool warmed, heating is available for $150 per night with a three-night minimum. Whether you’ve been out exploring the red rocks or taking a slow afternoon in town, ending the day in a warm pool or spa with Sedona’s nighttime views around you is hard to beat.

The Space

This home is comfortable without trying too hard. The kitchen is ready for real cooking, the living areas are relaxed and welcoming, and the bedrooms are comfortable with fresh linens available daily. The layout works well for groups, providing everyone with space while maintaining a sense of connection.

• Quiet hours begin at 9 p.m. to maintain a peaceful neighborhood.
  
  
• Professional photography or video shoots require advance permission.
  
  
• Guests are responsible for any damage that occurs during their stay.
  
  
• If you leave something behind, we’re happy to help return it for a small handling and shipping fee.

Cancellation Policy

• A full refund is available within 48 hours of booking.
  
  
• A 50% refund is available up to 7 days before check-in.
  
  
• No refunds will be issued within 7 days of arrival.
