We offer all the conveniences of a hotel but with more space, privacy, and great amenities. This AZ vacation rental is designed as a zen luxury retreat, giving you the feeling of your own space while still being close to top attractions. All our vacation homes are furnished with professionally laundered linens (changed for every guest), blow dryers, irons, blenders, hangers, full cooking supplies, and more.

Pool Heating
There is an additional fee of $150 per night to heat the swimming pool, with a three-night minimum. After a long day exploring, the jacuzzi and outdoor areas are perfect for relaxing under the sunset skies with stunning views of Camelback Mountain.

Guest Access
You’ll have full access to the entire property. Seven days before check-in, an electronic code will be provided to you, giving you peace of mind and secure entry.

We are available as much or as little as you desire. Our staff and owners are nearby and can help accommodate any requests, whether extra supplies, information on popular destinations, or recommendations for the best places to walk in town.

Ten House Rules – Enjoy Your Stay at Our Phoenix Luxury Vacation Home

1. A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.
2. Must be at least 30 years old to book.
3. Pets are permitted with VacayAZ approval. Pet fees may apply.
4. No professional photo/video shoots unless approved by VacayAZ.
5. Occupancy is limited to the maximum number of guests shown in the listing.
6. No loud noise should be heard after 9 p.m. Violation of this rule will result in the loss of the security deposit and removal from the home without refund. Noise meters are used for on-site monitoring of noise levels.
7. Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
8. Guests will be charged for any damage in the home resulting from their stay.
9. Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the shipping cost. The items must be prepared before they are sent.
10. The home has no garage access; however, there is a sizable parking space in the driveway.

‍Cancellation Policy

• Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of booking.
• After that, reservations can be cancelled up to 7 days before check-in for a 50% refund.
• No refunds are given within 7 days of the check-in date.

Changes to Reservations

• If you wish to change dates or reduce your length of stay, you must do so within 48 hours of booking. After 48 hours, you may not reschedule your reservation dates.
• Removing nights after 48 hours will fall under our standard cancellation policy.
• You will receive a 50% refund for the night(s) removed up to 7 days before check-in.
• No refunds are given within 7 days of check-in.
