This house was absolutely perfect. I am the type that does a lot of research on location and I had my doubts. But it felt sooo private and comfortable. We had the pool heated and the kids were in it all the time. The hosts were very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. All the essentials were provided for and the kitchen was one of the best equipped airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Worth every penny. If I go back to Sedona I’m staying here!

If you are looking for peace, tranquility & beautiful views this is the home for you. The location and views are perfect. The home has something for everyone & our family enjoyed all of the amenities; the hot tub, pool, playground, koi pond, steam shower, the game room & the golf course. The pool was perfect for small kids, as it has many ledges, levels and water fountain features. The home was also very well stocked with extras such as coffee, paper products, soaps, etc.
We had many things planned & ended up enjoying time at the house instead! Our favorite thing was watching for wildlife & enjoying the gorgeous sunsets. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Very much enjoyed our stay at the aptly named Mini-Resort. The yard is fantastic. We made good use of the salt water pool (we stayed early April and were glad that we had it heated), hot tub, the 3 outdoor seating areas, basketball hoop and games room. The interior has a huge master bedroom covering the top floor, 3 rooms & 2 full baths with a sitting room on the main floor separate from the common areas and a guest room w/bath separate from the house. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped. Even the frying pans were in great shape. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for our family during my son's wedding weekend. All of us were from out of state and got in at different times over the span of 36 hours. There was plenty of off-street parking for all our rental cars (eight total!) and it was easy to come and go as needed. With all the amenities the property offered, (pool, basketball court, yard, pool table, etc.) everyone (ages 2 to 87) was entertained. The house was perfectly appointed and we lacked for nothing - plenty of seating for 23 people, comfortable beds, all the kitchen tools and dishes and cookware made meals for our extended family easy and allowed us to all spend time together. Check-out instructions and requirements weren't over the top or excessive. Communication with management was always prompt, friendly and accommodating. Overall, some of the best money we've spent to add this memory to our family album. Thanks for everything!

One of the immediate things that makes this place so special are the panoramic views from southwest to northeast that can be seen not only from the patio, but from within the living room and family room of this home. The space within the home was inviting with plenty of room to gather together or to find a quiet spot. The neighborhood is also quiet with no road noise. We will be back soon, I'm sure.

This house is amazing! The pool and sauna are great in and of themselves, but the amazing views in the background really made it a next-level experience. Great open floor plan on the first floor, good for large groups. Lots of decks and built-in outdoor grill, great for hanging outside. And there's a trail just outside the backyard door, a 10 minute up to the Summit Trail with *unbelievable* 360 degree views. I highly highly recommend this house!

The attention to detail, the cleanliness, the location, and the amenities were incredible and made our girls trip what it was. Was a very magical few days!!! The pictures show the house but it is so much more than the photos! Between the game room, heated pool, hot tub and steam room it kept everyone entertained!!! We booked the Cliff House for a relaxing getaway and the location and home did not disappoint! We were close to many of Sedona’s beautiful trails, swimming holes, and vortexes, but it was also so lovely to just hang poolside with the barbecue and beautiful views. We also had a lot of fun playing all the games in the game room. It really is a beautiful home - would definitely book again!

Unbelievably beautiful house in a gorgeous setting. Best stocked kitchen of any airbnb i've ever stayed at. Pool was delightful, there was some mini golf in the yard and plenty of games and sports equipment. We went for a staff retreat and had plenty of room to spread out and work, we used the gym for morning workouts, and the kitchen made cooking for 9 simple and fun. Absolute steal for the money - would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The house is spacious and comfortable with beautiful views. And we found it even better than the photos. There are so many wonderful places to sit that it was hard to decide where best to relax. Or which hot tub to enjoy. On top of all that, the host, who is extremely responsive, left thorough instructions along with helpful info about the area. For us, a family that likes to cook together, the huge and well equipped kitchen was the best part. All in all, I can't come up with enough superlatives to fully describe our stay here. Highly recommended.

We booked this home primarily because of the location to Pinnacle Peak, which we love to hike, and we were not disappointed. There is a stunning view of PP from the backyard, and the sun rose up from behind it every morning. What a gift. It's walkable to the backside/end of the trailhead, which made for a nice reverse hike up the back side of the mountain--and a stop for lunch at the Four Seasons Resort on the other side before returning.
The home was perfect--super clean, modern, clutter free and yet had everything we needed to feel right at home. We would absolutely stay again and found the hosts to be responsive and thoughtful. The home is even better in person--the photos, as great as they are, don't do it complete justice. This is your spot if you want a peaceful, restorative vacation from the world--just a few minutes drive from everything Scottsdale has to offer.

Great property in a quiet neighborhood, very clean with lots of amenities. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with the kids and it was a nice place to return to after a morning of hiking or walking around Old Town Scottsdale. We stayed here with a group of 5 for a ladies weekend away. We were blown away by this property from the moment we drove up to it! It is absolutely gorgeous, inside and out. Even better than the pictures. It is peaceful and has amazing views. It is a short drive to all the shopping, restaurants, hiking, etc. of Sedona. We spent a lot of time by the fire pit and hot tub, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a few meals, and we felt at home the minute we walked in. This Airbnb was without a doubt the nicest one I’ve stayed in! The house itself was not only beautiful but also incredibly spacious, making our stay extremely comfortable. The amenities were outstanding- from the pool to the basketball court and the outdoor patio area everything contributed to a great experience. The location was perfect for our golf outings (30 mins) and trips to Old Town (15 mins). The hosts were fantastic, they respond quickly to any inquiry and were very accommodating with requests! All the rooms were so nice, and the huge updated kitchen was perfect for our large family! The house had the perfect combo of luxury and kid friendly we needed to have the perfect trip! We LOVED this house. The views are absolutely spectacular. It's walking distance to the Broken Arrow trailhead, which hosts some of Sedona's most iconic hikes and off road vehicle trails.

Every minute we spent here was enjoyed outdoors: putting during the day and hot tub at night. We can’t say enough good things about this place! Not only was this the perfect house for our needs, but Vacay AZ, the managing organization, was superb as well. We visited with six couples, and had ample space from the outdoor recreation areas, to the movie theatre, to indoor seating (which we didn't use much given the beautiful May weather). There were ample amenities that allowed us to do whatever we wanted with plenty of room to spare. The accommodations were clean, well appointed, and roomy. We're hoping to make another trip to this house in the future.

The perfect sized house for a week long family gathering! Our group included 6 adults, an energetic 2 1/2 year old and a curious dog who all loved to hike the many trails in walking distance and explore the dog park and playground. S’mores, star gazing, morning yoga on the deck and cooking/grilling many meals together in the fabulous oversized kitchen were all highlights. A peaceful, quiet area with views that were breathtaking morning, noon and night. You will definitely leave this great rental feeling more energetic!

The sunsets were amazing from the balconies. Pool was amazing and was a great time. Great location as well.

We absolutely LOVED our stay. The views off the back patio with the hot tub and firepit were stunning. One night we sat in the hot tub and turned off all the house lights–the milky way was right there above us and we saw at least a dozen shooting stars. Truly magical. We loved alternating between the fire pit outside and the fireplace in the living room. The whole environment was peaceful and relaxing.
The kitchen was well provisioned, and we really appreciated that there was dish soap and laundry soap etc. on hand for us to use. The beds and pillows were very comfortable as well. We went as a group of 4 girlfriends, and we all agreed it was one of the nicest Airbnbs we'd ever stayed in. I already want to go back with my husband!

A beautiful house in a beautiful location. We came out for some R & R and this was the right place to do it. The house is beautiful, the furniture is very comfortable, it was impeccably clean and organized, well stocked with everything we needed. To be honest, we didn't want to leave! We felt right at home, and anytime I had a question I would message the host and they got right back to me. We will go back, and I highly recommend this property.

We loved staying here and enjoyed every minute! Lots to accommodate the whole family - from lounging by the pool and putting around on the putting green, to the garage filled with a pool table, ping pong table, and air hockey - we all had something fun to do! Very private and peaceful as well. We appreciated how clean it was too.

We stayed here with a group of 12 for a bachelorette retreat and it was wonderful. The grounds are beautiful, it has everything you need and we were pleasantly surprised with how walkable everything was. Cozy beds too!

This home is very well equipped for families with a wonderful backyard and walking neighborhood. All was very clean with clear instructions as well.
We would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others looking for a five bedroom house option in the Scottsdale area.

My friends and I rented this place for a writing retreat in mid-June and it was exactly what we wanted/needed and more. The house actually looks better in person than in the photos. The pool area remains cool for several hours in the morning and evening, the sun sets spectacularly behind the mountain. The separate hot tub was a great place to spend evenings. And the roof deck lets you take in the stars. The fact that all of the outdoor spaces have views of Black Mountain is so special. I really appreciated that almost every bedroom was so private and had its own bathroom. I also appreciated all the separate writing spaces. We also made a lot of use of that amazing kitchen! It has everything you need to make spectacular meals. And the outdoor grill/stovetop were really fun and easy to use. The living room spaces were beautiful as well especially the main room with a view of the pool and mountain.
