Was a very magical few days!!! The pictures show the house but it is so much more than the photos! Between the game room, heated pool, hot tub and steam room it kept everyone entertained!!! Was so much fun!!! Beautiful house, surroundings and so many small private seating areas on the property. Although the surrounding area has so much to offer— we never made it off the property everyone was so happy there! Working with VacayAz was so easy!! They quickly answered all my questions!!

Wonderful home, our family of 8 stayed for 5 nights, we were very comfortable!! Everyone enjoyed having a trail right outside the fence, took many hikes!! Very convenient to restaurants and town! Very quiet neighborhood, enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit and the views were spectacular!!!!! There were no problems with the home so we never had to contact management!! Would definitely rent again!!!

The attention to detail, the cleanliness, the location, and the amenities were incredible and made our girls trip what it was. This home was perfect for our group of 10! The Ensuite bathrooms are a huge plus! The backyard and pool zones with misters were amazing all day and night. VacayAZ connected us with some private chef's who came and made an incredible brunch. This home is perfect if your intention is to never leave the property (and why would you) as it nestled in a private mini mountain.

This house is something else, starting with the Dragon by the pool and the gorgeous sceneries of Camelback mountain and the city of Phoenix in the back!! This property has it all, with plenty of space to host a lot of people, this is the perfect place for a get-together and spend quality time with friends and family. Amenities were amazing and the communication with the host was impeccable. I would recommend this 20/10!

We LOVED this house. The views are absolutely spectacular. It's walking distance to the Broken Arrow trailhead, which hosts some of Sedona's most iconic hikes and off road vehicle trails.
The house was spacious, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive. We loved the landscaped yard with all the seating areas and water features. The house is in a neighborhood, but it feels extremely private. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to beautiful Sedona.

Not only was this the perfect house for our needs, but Vacay AZ, the managing organization, was superb as well. We visited with six couples, and had ample space from the outdoor recreation areas, to the movie theatre, to indoor seating (which we didn't use much given the beautiful May weather). There were ample amenities that allowed us to do whatever we wanted with plenty of room to spare. The accommodations were clean, well appointed, and roomy. We're hoping to make another trip to this house in the future.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home during our Sedona girls trip! The home is well appointed, fully stocked, with plenty of amenities and special touches throughout. The hot tub was amazing while sitting under the stars. We enjoyed the easy access to hiking trails and downtown areas. We would definitely stay in this home again or another property from VacayAZ. One of the immediate things that makes this place so special are the panoramic views from southwest to northeast that can be seen not only from the patio, but from within the living room and family room of this home. The space within the home was inviting with plenty of room to gather together or to find a quiet spot. The neighborhood is also quiet with no road noise. We will be back soon, I'm sure.

This was a beautiful spacious house that accommodated a work offsite for our small team very nicely. The layout was awesome and provided a sense of privacy but also had several areas for us to come together and socialize. The bedrooms were spacious and situated to accommodate females and males separately if needed. The rooms consisted of a Master bedroom spanning the entire upstairs and was extremely luxurious, then an outside room in the Casita providing a little more privacy, and then the remaining 3 rooms situated around a sitting area.
The common living areas were large and provided a comfortable setting with strong WIFI throughout the property for both our work meetings and personal use. In the evenings we were able to enjoy the large game room located in the Casita, soak in the hot tub, and sit around the firepit. The property managers were very easy to work with and very responsive. Easy to use QR code pointing us to instructions on the rental. Highly recommend!

Amazing location…One of the best views in Sedona. Great home for a family retreat. We utilized every aspect of home including the massage room located off the master bedroom. The kitchen was well appointed and had all the supplies and amenities we needed to cook full breakfasts and dinners. We also made family s’mores in the fire pit down below. Our family of 5 had a fun and relaxing time at this property! The back yard was great. We enjoyed corn hole, sand volleyball, and relaxing in the sun near the pool. Our 13 year old used the basketball court every day. The garage has been made into a game room. We played ping pong tournaments almost every night we stayed. The home was clean and well stocked with all we needed during our stay. There are restaurants and shopping within 15 minutes of the home. We hiked trails that were a short 15 min drive:). We would highly recommend this home to others looking to have an enjoyable and relaxing vacation!

We absolutely LOVED our stay. The views off the back patio with the hot tub and firepit were stunning. One night we sat in the hot tub and turned off all the house lights–the milky way was right there above us and we saw at least a dozen shooting stars. Truly magical. We loved alternating between the fire pit outside and the fireplace in the living room. The whole environment was peaceful and relaxing.
The kitchen was well provisioned, and we really appreciated that there was dish soap and laundry soap etc. on hand for us to use. The beds and pillows were very comfortable as well. We went as a group of 4 girlfriends, and we all agreed it was one of the nicest Airbnbs we'd ever stayed in. I already want to go back with my husband!

Or which hot tub to enjoy. On top of all that, the host, who is extremely responsive, left thorough instructions along with helpful info about the area. For us, a family that likes to cook together, the huge and well equipped kitchen was the best part. All in all, I can't come up with enough superlatives to fully describe our stay here. This house was absolutely perfect. I am the type that does a lot of research on location and I had my doubts. But it felt sooo private and comfortable. We had the pool heated and the kids were in it all the time. The hosts were very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. All the essentials were provided for and the kitchen was one of the best equipped airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Worth every penny. If I go back to Sedona I’m staying here!

Very much enjoyed our stay at the aptly named Mini-Resort. The yard is fantastic. We made good use of the salt water pool (we stayed early April and were glad that we had it heated), hot tub, the 3 outdoor seating areas, basketball hoop and games room. The interior has a huge master bedroom covering the top floor, 3 rooms & 2 full baths with a sitting room on the main floor separate from the common areas and a guest room w/bath separate from the house. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped. Even the frying pans were in great shape. Would definitely stay here again.

This house is amazing! The pool and sauna are great in and of themselves, but the amazing views in the background really made it a next-level experience. Great open floor plan on the first floor, good for large groups. Lots of decks and built-in outdoor grill, great for hanging outside. And there's a trail just outside the backyard door, a 10 minute up to the Summit Trail with *unbelievable* 360 degree views. I highly highly recommend this house!

Every minute we spent here was enjoyed outdoors: putting during the day and hot tub at night. We can’t say enough good things about this place! This home is incredible! This was a tennis trip for a group of women. Having 5 bathrooms was definitely a plus as well as 5 bedrooms. There are so amenities from ping pong to pacman to corn hole, pool table plus a pool who could ask for more?? The kitchen is state of the art and the outdoor kitchen was terrific. We grilled, swam, enjoyed the fire pit. The only thing wrong was we didn't stay long enough!

This property was perfect for our family during my son's wedding weekend. All of us were from out of state and got in at different times over the span of 36 hours. There was plenty of off-street parking for all our rental cars (eight total!) and it was easy to come and go as needed. With all the amenities the property offered, (pool, basketball court, yard, pool table, etc.) everyone (ages 2 to 87) was entertained. The house was perfectly appointed and we lacked for nothing - plenty of seating for 23 people, comfortable beds, all the kitchen tools and dishes and cookware made meals for our extended family easy and allowed us to all spend time together. Check-out instructions and requirements weren't over the top or excessive. Communication with management was always prompt, friendly and accommodating. Overall, some of the best money we've spent to add this memory to our family album. Thanks for everything!

This Airbnb was without a doubt the nicest one I’ve stayed in! The house itself was not only beautiful but also incredibly spacious, making our stay extremely comfortable. The amenities were outstanding- from the pool to the basketball court and the outdoor patio area everything contributed to a great experience. Highly recommend this house. It is luxurious, spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of the best backyards I've ever seen for an Airbnb property. The hosts were also super responsive and helpful. I will come back.

Great house. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 4 kids. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub. Host was quick to respond to our questions and issues. Overall a great stay and we plan to come back!

My friends and I rented this place for a writing retreat in mid-June and it was exactly what we wanted/needed and more. The house actually looks better in person than in the photos. The pool area remains cool for several hours in the morning and evening, the sun sets spectacularly behind the mountain. The separate hot tub was a great place to spend evenings. And the roof deck lets you take in the stars. The fact that all of the outdoor spaces have views of Black Mountain is so special. I really appreciated that almost every bedroom was so private and had its own bathroom. I also appreciated all the separate writing spaces. We also made a lot of use of that amazing kitchen! It has everything you need to make spectacular meals. And the outdoor grill/stovetop were really fun and easy to use. The living room spaces were beautiful as well especially the main room with a view of the pool and mountain.

Great location for a golf weekend. Plenty of space for 14 people. Tons of activities around the house. The movie theater was awesome. Be sure to check out Salt & Lime nearby for lunch or dinner. Top notch cantina.

We loved our stay at this spacious house, which really felt like our own personal resort. It had so many amazing amenities and our kids loved the large backyard. The beds were comfortable and the entire house was very cozy. We will definitely book again. Great vacation spot!

We booked the Cliff House for a relaxing getaway and the location and home did not disappoint! We were close to many of Sedona’s beautiful trails, swimming holes, and vortexes, but it was also so lovely to just hang poolside with the barbecue and beautiful views. We also had a lot of fun playing all the games in the game room. It really is a beautiful home - would definitely book again!

House was just as advertised. Backyard was amazing! Location was also excellent, just 5 minute ride to Old Town. We had a blast with the backyard, pool, and incredible patio.
