Our extended family stayed at the Fountain Hills home for 6 nights and had a fantastic experience. We hiked at the nearby McDowell Sonoran Preserve and mountain biked at McDowell Mountain Regional Park, both great experiences. The home is a short drive to restaurants in Fountain Hills and and a reasonable distance to great restaurants in North Scottsdale. The home was super accommodating for all guests with the teenagers enjoying the heated pool and everybody able to find a quiet place to relax. I would highly recommend this property and VacayAZ as property manager.

Loved our stay here! We had a group of 9 and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and multiple rooms to hang out in. The hot tub was amazing and we loved all of the plants and outdoor space. The design and architecture were beautiful. This was of the coolest and most unique places I’ve stayed in so far. I would definitely recommend to anyone with a group that is looking to have plenty of space and privacy!

This Airbnb was without a doubt the nicest one I’ve stayed in! The house itself was not only beautiful but also incredibly spacious, making our stay extremely comfortable. The amenities were outstanding- from the pool to the basketball court and the outdoor patio area everything contributed to a great experience. The location was perfect for our golf outings (30 mins) and trips to Old Town (15 mins). The hosts were fantastic, they respond quickly to any inquiry and were very accommodating with requests! I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a top-notch stay!

If you are looking for peace, tranquility & beautiful views this is the home for you. The location and views are perfect. The home has something for everyone & our family enjoyed all of the amenities; the hot tub, pool, playground, koi pond, steam shower, the game room & the golf course. The pool was perfect for small kids, as it has many ledges, levels and water fountain features. The home was also very well stocked with extras such as coffee, paper products, soaps, etc.
We had many things planned & ended up enjoying time at the house instead! Our favorite thing was watching for wildlife & enjoying the gorgeous sunsets. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

The house is beautiful, the furniture is very comfortable, it was impeccably clean and organized, well stocked with everything we needed. To be honest, we didn't want to leave! I’d also add the beds are new and very comfortable. The location is great and is a short walk or cab ride to old town. The house is spacious and comfortable with beautiful views. And we found it even better than the photos. There are so many wonderful places to sit that it was hard to decide where best to relax. Or which hot tub to enjoy. On top of all that, the host, who is extremely responsive, left thorough instructions along with helpful info about the area. For us, a family that likes to cook together, the huge and well equipped kitchen was the best part. All in all, I can't come up with enough superlatives to fully describe our stay here. Highly recommended.

We loved staying here and enjoyed every minute! Lots to accommodate the whole family - from lounging by the pool and putting around on the putting green, to the garage filled with a pool table, ping pong table, and air hockey - we all had something fun to do! Unbelievably beautiful house in a gorgeous setting. Best stocked kitchen of any airbnb i've ever stayed at. Pool was delightful, there was some mini golf in the yard and plenty of games and sports equipment. We went for a staff retreat and had plenty of room to spread out and work, we used the gym for morning workouts, and the kitchen made cooking for 9 simple and fun. Absolute steal for the money - would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This house is something else, starting with the Dragon by the pool and the gorgeous sceneries of Camelback mountain and the city of Phoenix in the back!! This property has it all, with plenty of space to host a lot of people, this is the perfect place for a get-together and spend quality time with friends and family. The perfect sized house for a week long family gathering! Our group included 6 adults, an energetic 2 1/2 year old and a curious dog who all loved to hike the many trails in walking distance and explore the dog park and playground. S’mores, star gazing, morning yoga on the deck and cooking/grilling many meals together in the fabulous oversized kitchen were all highlights. A peaceful, quiet area with views that were breathtaking morning, noon and night. You will definitely leave this great rental feeling more energetic!

Every minute we spent here was enjoyed outdoors: putting during the day and hot tub at night. We can’t say enough good things about this place! We booked the Cliff House for a relaxing getaway and the location and home did not disappoint! We were close to many of Sedona’s beautiful trails, swimming holes, and vortexes, but it was also so lovely to just hang poolside with the barbecue and beautiful views. We also had a lot of fun playing all the games in the game room. It really is a beautiful home - would definitely book again!

Very much enjoyed our stay at the aptly named Mini-Resort. The yard is fantastic. We made good use of the salt water pool (we stayed early April and were glad that we had it heated), hot tub, the 3 outdoor seating areas, basketball hoop and games room. The interior has a huge master bedroom covering the top floor, 3 rooms & 2 full baths with a sitting room on the main floor separate from the common areas and a guest room w/bath separate from the house. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped. Even the frying pans were in great shape. Would definitely stay here again.

We LOVED this house. The views are absolutely spectacular. It's walking distance to the Broken Arrow trailhead, which hosts some of Sedona's most iconic hikes and off road vehicle trails.
The house was spacious, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive. We loved the landscaped yard with all the seating areas and water features. The house is in a neighborhood, but it feels extremely private. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to beautiful Sedona.

This is one of the most BEAUTIFUL homes I have had the pleasure of staying in. We reserved it for a Bachelorette trip to Scottsdale. All of the girls absolutely LOVED it! There was so much space and closet space in each room. The interior design was simply gorgeous and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. We definitely enjoyed relaxing by the pool. It's also in a great location. A trip to pickup food, groceries, restaurants or activities can take up to 5-20 minutes; which is not bad at all. VacayAZ was very quick to respond to us if we had any questions. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

The home is spacious allowing 10 people to move about in kitchen easily, bedrooms are comfortable, bathrooms updated, wifi excellent, furniture clean and location is great. We absolutely LOVED our stay. The views off the back patio with the hot tub and firepit were stunning. One night we sat in the hot tub and turned off all the house lights–the milky way was right there above us and we saw at least a dozen shooting stars. Truly magical. We loved alternating between the fire pit outside and the fireplace in the living room. The whole environment was peaceful and relaxing.
The kitchen was well provisioned, and we really appreciated that there was dish soap and laundry soap etc. on hand for us to use. The beds and pillows were very comfortable as well. We went as a group of 4 girlfriends, and we all agreed it was one of the nicest Airbnbs we'd ever stayed in. I already want to go back with my husband!

It had stunning views on all sides of the house. The views from the large glass windows in the front and back of the house were both breathtaking. The house was immaculate and had a very chic decor. The bedrooms were also stunning with amazing views, and all the beds were comfy and the linens were so soft. This was one of the best Airbnb houses that I have ever seen. It is pricey, but totally worth every penny. My family loved it and it has a ton of space for a big family, or a group of friends. I will definitely try to book this again in the future.

Was a very magical few days!!! The pictures show the house but it is so much more than the photos! Between the game room, heated pool, hot tub and steam room it kept everyone entertained!!! Our family enjoyed the relaxing accommodations of this property. One of the immediate things that makes this place so special are the panoramic views from southwest to northeast that can be seen not only from the patio, but from within the living room and family room of this home. From the dragon at the pool with the red eyes all the way to the master bedroom suite with a HUGE I mean HUGEEEE jacuzzi bath and the shower with SIX shower heads. It’s a house you see in the movies. It takes so long to get from one side of the house to the other. The view of the mountains then the city on the other side is breath taking. I swear I will own this house one day! I can’t wait to return it will definitely be this year again!!!

We rented the house for a week over Christmas. The family compound worked great for us. There are 2 casitas in addition to the main house so all four families in our group had personal space that was very private. The kids loved the heated pool. It was important to us that the pool was warm on the first day. It didn’t disappoint. Even on a chilly day they swam for a couple of hours. The kitchen/great room layout allowed the whole family to hangout together without feeling crowded. VacayAZ was flexible for our checkin so we could bring the grandkids directly from the airport. Overall it was 5 star experience!!!

This home was perfect for our group of 10! The Ensuite bathrooms are a huge plus! The backyard and pool zones with misters were amazing all day and night. VacayAZ connected us with some private chef's who came and made an incredible brunch. This home is perfect if your intention is to never leave the property (and why would you) as it nestled in a private mini mountain.
