If you are undecided of where to stay, STAY HERE!!! This place was the most amazing mansion I’ve ever seen. Everything was perfect. From the dragon at the pool with the red eyes all the way to the master bedroom suite with a HUGE I mean HUGEEEE jacuzzi bath and the shower with SIX shower heads. It’s a house you see in the movies. It takes so long to get from one side of the house to the other. The view of the mountains then the city on the other side is breath taking. I swear I will own this house one day! I can’t wait to return it will definitely be this year again!!!

This property was perfect for our family during my son's wedding weekend. All of us were from out of state and got in at different times over the span of 36 hours. There was plenty of off-street parking for all our rental cars (eight total!) and it was easy to come and go as needed. With all the amenities the property offered, (pool, basketball court, yard, pool table, etc.) everyone (ages 2 to 87) was entertained. The house was perfectly appointed and we lacked for nothing - plenty of seating for 23 people, comfortable beds, all the kitchen tools and dishes and cookware made meals for our extended family easy and allowed us to all spend time together. Check-out instructions and requirements weren't over the top or excessive. Communication with management was always prompt, friendly and accommodating. Overall, some of the best money we've spent to add this memory to our family album. Thanks for everything!

What a fun place to stay with a big group! The kids were never bored, there was enough room that our 3 families didn’t feel on top of each other, and the giant movie theater was an excellent break from the sun. Plus, the beds were crazy comfy! Can’t wait to come back next year!

It had stunning views on all sides of the house. The views from the large glass windows in the front and back of the house were both breathtaking. The house was immaculate and had a very chic decor. The bedrooms were also stunning with amazing views, and all the beds were comfy and the linens were so soft. This was one of the best Airbnb houses that I have ever seen. It is pricey, but totally worth every penny. My family loved it and it has a ton of space for a big family, or a group of friends. I will definitely try to book this again in the future.

The perfect sized house for a week long family gathering! Our group included 6 adults, an energetic 2 1/2 year old and a curious dog who all loved to hike the many trails in walking distance and explore the dog park and playground. S’mores, star gazing, morning yoga on the deck and cooking/grilling many meals together in the fabulous oversized kitchen were all highlights. A peaceful, quiet area with views that were breathtaking morning, noon and night. You will definitely leave this great rental feeling more energetic!

Amazing location…One of the best views in Sedona. Great home for a family retreat. We utilized every aspect of home including the massage room located off the master bedroom. The kitchen was well appointed and had all the supplies and amenities we needed to cook full breakfasts and dinners. We also made family s’mores in the fire pit down below. This house was absolutely perfect. I am the type that does a lot of research on location and I had my doubts. But it felt sooo private and comfortable. We had the pool heated and the kids were in it all the time. The hosts were very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. All the essentials were provided for and the kitchen was one of the best equipped airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Worth every penny. If I go back to Sedona I’m staying here!

Great location - close enough to downtown Sedona, but far enough to be secluded in beautiful surroundings. Place is unique with the 2 structures and game room activity which was a big hit for older 'kids.' Heated Pool was a nice touch as well. Would definitely recommend.

Unbelievably beautiful house in a gorgeous setting. Best stocked kitchen of any airbnb i've ever stayed at. Pool was delightful, there was some mini golf in the yard and plenty of games and sports equipment. We went for a staff retreat and had plenty of room to spread out and work, we used the gym for morning workouts, and the kitchen made cooking for 9 simple and fun. Absolute steal for the money - would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The views are unparalleled! Our group felt like we didn't even need to leave the house to see the best that Sedona had to offer. The interior of the house is also beautiful and comfortable. The Primary bedroom is massive and luxurious with a great bed. The exterior space was also very fun with the hot tub, grill, fire pits, and market lights. Location is also fantastic with the airport hiking trail just up the road and shops/restaurants just down the road.

We had a party of 10 (5 couples) stay here, celebrating several of our 40th’s. Everyone was fully impressed by the home. Clean, gorgeous interior and fun backyard. Every minute we spent here was enjoyed outdoors: putting during the day and hot tub at night. We can’t say enough good things about this place! VacayAZ connected us with some private chef's who came and made an incredible brunch. This home is incredible! This was a tennis trip for a group of women. Having 5 bathrooms was definitely a plus as well as 5 bedrooms. There are so amenities from ping pong to pacman to corn hole, pool table plus a pool who could ask for more?? The kitchen is state of the art and the outdoor kitchen was terrific. We grilled, swam, enjoyed the fire pit. The only thing wrong was we didn't stay long enough!

This Airbnb was without a doubt the nicest one I’ve stayed in! The house itself was not only beautiful but also incredibly spacious, making our stay extremely comfortable. The amenities were outstanding- from the pool to the basketball court and the outdoor patio area everything contributed to a great experience. The location was perfect for our golf outings (30 mins) and trips to Old Town (15 mins). The hosts were fantastic, they respond quickly to any inquiry and were very accommodating with requests! This is one of the most BEAUTIFUL homes I have had the pleasure of staying in. We reserved it for a Bachelorette trip to Scottsdale. All of the girls absolutely LOVED it! There was so much space and closet space in each room. The interior design was simply gorgeous and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. We definitely enjoyed relaxing by the pool. It's also in a great location. A trip to pickup food, groceries, restaurants or activities can take up to 5-20 minutes; which is not bad at all. VacayAZ was very quick to respond to us if we had any questions. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

We LOVED this house. The views are absolutely spectacular. It's walking distance to the Broken Arrow trailhead, which hosts some of Sedona's most iconic hikes and off road vehicle trails.
The house was spacious, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive. We loved the landscaped yard with all the seating areas and water features. The house is in a neighborhood, but it feels extremely private. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to beautiful Sedona.

We booked the Cliff House for a relaxing getaway and the location and home did not disappoint! We were close to many of Sedona’s beautiful trails, swimming holes, and vortexes, but it was also so lovely to just hang poolside with the barbecue and beautiful views. We also had a lot of fun playing all the games in the game room. It really is a beautiful home - would definitely book again!

This house is amazing! The pool and sauna are great in and of themselves, but the amazing views in the background really made it a next-level experience. Great open floor plan on the first floor, good for large groups. Lots of decks and built-in outdoor grill, great for hanging outside. And there's a trail just outside the backyard door, a 10 minute up to the Summit Trail with *unbelievable* 360 degree views. I highly highly recommend this house!

This Airbnb was great for our girls getaway weekend! It was walking distance to a local hike and <5 minutes driving from Tlaquepaque Square with lots of restaurants and shops. The views from the front and back of the airbnb were quite lovely. The hot tub was great for relaxing at the end of a long, hot day where we could ease our sore muscles. Rooms were large/spacious. Airbnb was secluded/private, and we felt very safe.

Stunning property and home. Felt like our own private oasis. Extended family stay and everyone at every age level was extremely comfortable. The house is even more impressive in person. Gorgeous walks behind the house through cactus lined dirt roads. The host was extremely responsive to any questions.

This house is as good as it looks! Stunning views, lots of space to relax, cook, and spend time with friends & family. Walk to trails, or take a the short ride into center of Sedona for great restaurants. Separate guest house has kitchen, living room and is ideal for those who want their own space.

Booked this place for a bachelor trip and the place was amazing. Everything exceeded our expectation, the place is a lot larger in person compared to the images. We loved to stay in and hang around the house. The house has so many amenities. I would highly recommend booking here!

The photos don’t do this place justice (and they are incredible, too!). This place was an absolute highlight Airbnb. We spent a sunny weekend here and literally cancelled plans so we could enjoy the house more. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip!

Large beautifully decorated home with close access to restaurants and great shopping. Great views and extremely large pool which the kiddos loved. Home looks just like the photos.

If you are looking for peace, tranquility & beautiful views this is the home for you. The location and views are perfect. The home has something for everyone & our family enjoyed all of the amenities; the hot tub, pool, playground, koi pond, steam shower, the game room & the golf course. The pool was perfect for small kids, as it has many ledges, levels and water fountain features. The home was also very well stocked with extras such as coffee, paper products, soaps, etc.
We had many things planned & ended up enjoying time at the house instead! Our favorite thing was watching for wildlife & enjoying the gorgeous sunsets. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
