Our family had an amazing time staying in this house. There were amenities for all ages- air hockey, TWO fireplaces, pool table, and way more! The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might possibly need and the decor complimented the house and surroundings perfectly. The views were spectacular from every room in the house, but especially from the hot tub at sunset!

If you are looking for peace, tranquility & beautiful views this is the home for you. The location and views are perfect. The home has something for everyone & our family enjoyed all of the amenities; the hot tub, pool, playground, koi pond, steam shower, the game room & the golf course. The pool was perfect for small kids, as it has many ledges, levels and water fountain features. The home was also very well stocked with extras such as coffee, paper products, soaps, etc.
We had many things planned & ended up enjoying time at the house instead! Our favorite thing was watching for wildlife & enjoying the gorgeous sunsets. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful home, our family of 8 stayed for 5 nights, we were very comfortable!! Everyone enjoyed having a trail right outside the fence, took many hikes!! Very convenient to restaurants and town! Very quiet neighborhood, enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit and the views were spectacular!!!!! There were no problems with the home so we never had to contact management!! This house was absolutely perfect. I am the type that does a lot of research on location and I had my doubts. But it felt sooo private and comfortable. We had the pool heated and the kids were in it all the time. The hosts were very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. All the essentials were provided for and the kitchen was one of the best equipped airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Worth every penny. If I go back to Sedona I’m staying here!

My friends and I rented this place for a writing retreat in mid-June and it was exactly what we wanted/needed and more. The house actually looks better in person than in the photos. The pool area remains cool for several hours in the morning and evening, the sun sets spectacularly behind the mountain. The separate hot tub was a great place to spend evenings. And the roof deck lets you take in the stars. The fact that all of the outdoor spaces have views of Black Mountain is so special. I really appreciated that almost every bedroom was so private and had its own bathroom. I also appreciated all the separate writing spaces. We also made a lot of use of that amazing kitchen! It has everything you need to make spectacular meals. And the outdoor grill/stovetop were really fun and easy to use. The living room spaces were beautiful as well especially the main room with a view of the pool and mountain.

The perfect sized house for a week long family gathering! Our group included 6 adults, an energetic 2 1/2 year old and a curious dog who all loved to hike the many trails in walking distance and explore the dog park and playground. S’mores, star gazing, morning yoga on the deck and cooking/grilling many meals together in the fabulous oversized kitchen were all highlights. A peaceful, quiet area with views that were breathtaking morning, noon and night. You will definitely leave this great rental feeling more energetic!

The backyard truly has something for everyone, from the pool to the fire pit, they have thought of everything. The views are unparalleled! Our group felt like we didn't even need to leave the house to see the best that Sedona had to offer. The interior of the house is also beautiful and comfortable. The Primary bedroom is massive and luxurious with a great bed. The exterior space was also very fun with the hot tub, grill, fire pits, and market lights. Location is also fantastic with the airport hiking trail just up the road and shops/restaurants just down the road.

Amazing location…One of the best views in Sedona. Great home for a family retreat. We utilized every aspect of home including the massage room located off the master bedroom. The kitchen was well appointed and had all the supplies and amenities we needed to cook full breakfasts and dinners. We also made family s’mores in the fire pit down below. Unbelievably beautiful house in a gorgeous setting. Best stocked kitchen of any airbnb i've ever stayed at. Pool was delightful, there was some mini golf in the yard and plenty of games and sports equipment. We went for a staff retreat and had plenty of room to spread out and work, we used the gym for morning workouts, and the kitchen made cooking for 9 simple and fun. Absolute steal for the money - would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We rented the house for a week over Christmas. The family compound worked great for us. There are 2 casitas in addition to the main house so all four families in our group had personal space that was very private. The kids loved the heated pool. It was important to us that the pool was warm on the first day. It didn’t disappoint. Even on a chilly day they swam for a couple of hours. The kitchen/great room layout allowed the whole family to hangout together without feeling crowded. VacayAZ was flexible for our checkin so we could bring the grandkids directly from the airport. Overall it was 5 star experience!!!

We booked the Cliff House for a relaxing getaway and the location and home did not disappoint! We were close to many of Sedona’s beautiful trails, swimming holes, and vortexes, but it was also so lovely to just hang poolside with the barbecue and beautiful views. We also had a lot of fun playing all the games in the game room. It really is a beautiful home - would definitely book again!

Our extended family stayed at the Fountain Hills home for 6 nights and had a fantastic experience. We hiked at the nearby McDowell Sonoran Preserve and mountain biked at McDowell Mountain Regional Park, both great experiences. The home is a short drive to restaurants in Fountain Hills and and a reasonable distance to great restaurants in North Scottsdale. The home was super accommodating for all guests with the teenagers enjoying the heated pool and everybody able to find a quiet place to relax. I would highly recommend this property and VacayAZ as property manager.

This house is something else, starting with the Dragon by the pool and the gorgeous sceneries of Camelback mountain and the city of Phoenix in the back!! This property has it all, with plenty of space to host a lot of people, this is the perfect place for a get-together and spend quality time with friends and family. Amenities were amazing and the communication with the host was impeccable. I would recommend this 20/10!

The house is spacious and comfortable with beautiful views. And we found it even better than the photos. There are so many wonderful places to sit that it was hard to decide where best to relax. Or which hot tub to enjoy. On top of all that, the host, who is extremely responsive, left thorough instructions along with helpful info about the area. For us, a family that likes to cook together, the huge and well equipped kitchen was the best part. All in all, I can't come up with enough superlatives to fully describe our stay here. We stayed here with a group of 5 for a ladies weekend away. We were blown away by this property from the moment we drove up to it! It is absolutely gorgeous, inside and out. Even better than the pictures. It is peaceful and has amazing views. It is a short drive to all the shopping, restaurants, hiking, etc. of Sedona. We spent a lot of time by the fire pit and hot tub, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a few meals, and we felt at home the minute we walked in. We LOVED this house. The views are absolutely spectacular. It's walking distance to the Broken Arrow trailhead, which hosts some of Sedona's most iconic hikes and off road vehicle trails.
The house was spacious, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive. We loved the landscaped yard with all the seating areas and water features. The house is in a neighborhood, but it feels extremely private. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to beautiful Sedona.

Very much enjoyed our stay at the aptly named Mini-Resort. The yard is fantastic. We made good use of the salt water pool (we stayed early April and were glad that we had it heated), hot tub, the 3 outdoor seating areas, basketball hoop and games room. The interior has a huge master bedroom covering the top floor, 3 rooms & 2 full baths with a sitting room on the main floor separate from the common areas and a guest room w/bath separate from the house. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped. Even the frying pans were in great shape. Would definitely stay here again.

This home is incredible! This was a tennis trip for a group of women. Having 5 bathrooms was definitely a plus as well as 5 bedrooms. There are so amenities from ping pong to pacman to corn hole, pool table plus a pool who could ask for more?? The kitchen is state of the art and the outdoor kitchen was terrific. We grilled, swam, enjoyed the fire pit. The only thing wrong was we didn't stay long enough!

Our family enjoyed the relaxing accommodations of this property. One of the immediate things that makes this place so special are the panoramic views from southwest to northeast that can be seen not only from the patio, but from within the living room and family room of this home. The space within the home was inviting with plenty of room to gather together or to find a quiet spot. The neighborhood is also quiet with no road noise. We will be back soon, I'm sure.

This Airbnb was without a doubt the nicest one I’ve stayed in! The house itself was not only beautiful but also incredibly spacious, making our stay extremely comfortable. The amenities were outstanding- from the pool to the basketball court and the outdoor patio area everything contributed to a great experience. The location was perfect for our golf outings (30 mins) and trips to Old Town (15 mins). The hosts were fantastic, they respond quickly to any inquiry and were very accommodating with requests! Our family of 5 had a fun and relaxing time at this property! The back yard was great. We enjoyed corn hole, sand volleyball, and relaxing in the sun near the pool. Our 13 year old used the basketball court every day. The garage has been made into a game room. We played ping pong tournaments almost every night we stayed. The home was clean and well stocked with all we needed during our stay. There are restaurants and shopping within 15 minutes of the home. We hiked trails that were a short 15 min drive:). We would highly recommend this home to others looking to have an enjoyable and relaxing vacation!

This was by far the best and most unique Airbnb I've ever stayed in. We came for a Bachelor Party and wanted somewhere more low key and private for our group of 14. The house could not have been a more perfect set up for us. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out, there was so many different places to hang out and things to do. The pool was the perfect spot to sit and look out over the landscape. One of the best things was the huge fire pit that is built right into the massive cliffs behind the house. The hosts were also super responsive to anything we needed and even brought us firewood. Cannot recommend this house enough.

Wow this place is beautiful. The views are staggering and it’s so peaceful. Amazing house which is so well maintained and stocked. Such comfortable beds. The amenities like the hot tub and fire pit worked perfectly and were so enjoyable. Perfect for a girls trip. Hope to come back soon.

If you are undecided of where to stay, STAY HERE!!! This place was the most amazing mansion I’ve ever seen. Everything was perfect. From the dragon at the pool with the red eyes all the way to the master bedroom suite with a HUGE I mean HUGEEEE jacuzzi bath and the shower with SIX shower heads. It’s a house you see in the movies. It takes so long to get from one side of the house to the other. The view of the mountains then the city on the other side is breath taking. I swear I will own this house one day! I can’t wait to return it will definitely be this year again!!!

We loved our stay!!! Beautiful contemporary home with all the bells and whistles. Incredible pool and spa with fire bowls, fire pits and outdoor TV. Enjoyed putting green, driving range and cornhole. The downstairs movie theater, pool table and arcade kept the kids busy all weekend. The location is great, just minutes from Old Town and Kierland Commons. Definitely will be back. Great vacation.

This home is absolutely immaculate. There was more than enough space for our large family, so much attention to detail, and everything is top of the line. We only left for a few outings because we were having so much fun enjoying the pool, pickleball, and everything else this amazing property has to offer. I can’t say enough great things!

Great property in a quiet neighborhood, very clean with lots of amenities. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with the kids and it was a nice place to return to after a morning of hiking or walking around Old Town Scottsdale. Location is close (by car) to grocery stores, restaurants, ice cream and coffee shops, etc. Host was very responsive to questions throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend.

The Villa is incredible. We stayed here for a girls weekend trip. The house is even more beautiful than the photos, was extremely spacious, and had every amenity we could dream of and more. Could not recommend a stay here more!!

The house was spectacular, all guests thoroughly enjoyed the house. We would definitely rent again. The house was 8mins from Black Mountain and the pool was a welcome relief from the 100+ temps, for those who are looking for an Airbnb you can’t go wrong with this one. Love, Love, Loved it.

Stunning property and home. Felt like our own private oasis. Extended family stay and everyone at every age level was extremely comfortable. The house is even more impressive in person. Gorgeous walks behind the house through cactus lined dirt roads. The host was extremely responsive to any questions.
