This house was absolutely perfect. I am the type that does a lot of research on location and I had my doubts. But it felt sooo private and comfortable. We had the pool heated and the kids were in it all the time. The hosts were very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. All the essentials were provided for and the kitchen was one of the best equipped airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Worth every penny. If I go back to Sedona I’m staying here!

This place was amazing!!!! The pictures don’t do it justice. The house was perfect for our family to get together and spend extra special time together! The host was outstanding and always was responsive. We enjoyed the pool each day and splurged on a private yoga class in the deck, massages and the most amazing chef. Our stay here was nothing short of amazing! The property was beautiful, full of amenities, and super clean. We had the best time just hanging at the house in the pool and playing pickleball. The host was super responsive and helpful with whatever we needed (which wasn’t a lot because we had everything at the house)! My friends and I rented this place for a writing retreat in mid-June and it was exactly what we wanted/needed and more. The house actually looks better in person than in the photos. The pool area remains cool for several hours in the morning and evening, the sun sets spectacularly behind the mountain. The separate hot tub was a great place to spend evenings. And the roof deck lets you take in the stars. The fact that all of the outdoor spaces have views of Black Mountain is so special. I really appreciated that almost every bedroom was so private and had its own bathroom. I also appreciated all the separate writing spaces. We also made a lot of use of that amazing kitchen! It has everything you need to make spectacular meals. And the outdoor grill/stovetop were really fun and easy to use. The living room spaces were beautiful as well especially the main room with a view of the pool and mountain.

Amazing location…One of the best views in Sedona. Great home for a family retreat. We utilized every aspect of home including the massage room located off the master bedroom. The kitchen was well appointed and had all the supplies and amenities we needed to cook full breakfasts and dinners. We also made family s’mores in the fire pit down below. We had 10 adults and it was perfect from start to finish. Thanks for hosting such a great property!

We booked the Cliff House for a relaxing getaway and the location and home did not disappoint! We were close to many of Sedona’s beautiful trails, swimming holes, and vortexes, but it was also so lovely to just hang poolside with the barbecue and beautiful views. We also had a lot of fun playing all the games in the game room. It really is a beautiful home - would definitely book again!

Very much enjoyed our stay at the aptly named Mini-Resort. The yard is fantastic. We made good use of the salt water pool (we stayed early April and were glad that we had it heated), hot tub, the 3 outdoor seating areas, basketball hoop and games room. The interior has a huge master bedroom covering the top floor, 3 rooms & 2 full baths with a sitting room on the main floor separate from the common areas and a guest room w/bath separate from the house. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped. Even the frying pans were in great shape. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the luxe yet relaxed interior decor. The kitchen is very well equipped and we were able to cook and bbq more than once.. our favourite times at the house. There is a spectacular view from the living room and the backyard is a fun space with pool, hot tub and fire pit.
We loved the traffic calmed neighbourhood and being able to reach hikes straight from the location. The house is walking distance from shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

It had stunning views on all sides of the house. The views from the large glass windows in the front and back of the house were both breathtaking. The house was immaculate and had a very chic decor. The bedrooms were also stunning with amazing views, and all the beds were comfy and the linens were so soft. This was one of the best Airbnb houses that I have ever seen. It is pricey, but totally worth every penny. My family loved it and it has a ton of space for a big family, or a group of friends. I will definitely try to book this again in the future.

The house was absolutely stunning! From the beautiful outdoor furniture, to the plush bedding the house was exactly what we were looking for! All the rooms were so nice, and the huge updated kitchen was perfect for our large family! The house had the perfect combo of luxury and kid friendly we needed to have the perfect trip! This property was perfect for our family during my son's wedding weekend. All of us were from out of state and got in at different times over the span of 36 hours. There was plenty of off-street parking for all our rental cars (eight total!) and it was easy to come and go as needed. With all the amenities the property offered, (pool, basketball court, yard, pool table, etc.) everyone (ages 2 to 87) was entertained. The house was perfectly appointed and we lacked for nothing - plenty of seating for 23 people, comfortable beds, all the kitchen tools and dishes and cookware made meals for our extended family easy and allowed us to all spend time together. Check-out instructions and requirements weren't over the top or excessive. Communication with management was always prompt, friendly and accommodating. Overall, some of the best money we've spent to add this memory to our family album. Thanks for everything!

This is one of the most BEAUTIFUL homes I have had the pleasure of staying in. We reserved it for a Bachelorette trip to Scottsdale. All of the girls absolutely LOVED it! There was so much space and closet space in each room. The interior design was simply gorgeous and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. We definitely enjoyed relaxing by the pool. It's also in a great location. A trip to pickup food, groceries, restaurants or activities can take up to 5-20 minutes; which is not bad at all. VacayAZ was very quick to respond to us if we had any questions. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

If you are looking for peace, tranquility & beautiful views this is the home for you. The location and views are perfect. The home has something for everyone & our family enjoyed all of the amenities; the hot tub, pool, playground, koi pond, steam shower, the game room & the golf course. The pool was perfect for small kids, as it has many ledges, levels and water fountain features. The home was also very well stocked with extras such as coffee, paper products, soaps, etc.
We had many things planned & ended up enjoying time at the house instead! Our favorite thing was watching for wildlife & enjoying the gorgeous sunsets. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

This place was the the ultimate bachelor pad in a great location in close proximity to old town scottsdale. Ton's of space allowed for every guest to feel comfortale. Incredible amenities inside and out. The outdoor space is a vibe with outdoor bar, firepit, seating area, hot tub and heated pool with a water slide. The kitchen is well stocked, the fridge has tons of space you can really chef it up in there or hire a chef! The games inside (shuffleboard, billiards, fuzbol) are well kept. The perfect place to relax and chill with a big group for a weekend or for weeks!. Highly recommend this place! We had an incredble stay.

This Airbnb was great for our girls getaway weekend! It was walking distance to a local hike and <5 minutes driving from Tlaquepaque Square with lots of restaurants and shops. The views from the front and back of the airbnb were quite lovely. The hot tub was great for relaxing at the end of a long, hot day where we could ease our sore muscles. Rooms were large/spacious. Airbnb was secluded/private, and we felt very safe.

Not only was this the perfect house for our needs, but Vacay AZ, the managing organization, was superb as well. We visited with six couples, and had ample space from the outdoor recreation areas, to the movie theatre, to indoor seating (which we didn't use much given the beautiful May weather). There were ample amenities that allowed us to do whatever we wanted with plenty of room to spare. The accommodations were clean, well appointed, and roomy. We're hoping to make another trip to this house in the future.

We loved our stay!!! Beautiful contemporary home with all the bells and whistles. Incredible pool and spa with fire bowls, fire pits and outdoor TV. Enjoyed putting green, driving range and cornhole. The downstairs movie theater, pool table and arcade kept the kids busy all weekend. The location is great, just minutes from Old Town and Kierland Commons. Definitely will be back. Great vacation.

The perfect sized house for a week long family gathering! Our group included 6 adults, an energetic 2 1/2 year old and a curious dog who all loved to hike the many trails in walking distance and explore the dog park and playground. S’mores, star gazing, morning yoga on the deck and cooking/grilling many meals together in the fabulous oversized kitchen were all highlights. A peaceful, quiet area with views that were breathtaking morning, noon and night. You will definitely leave this great rental feeling more energetic!

We stayed here with a group of 5 for a ladies weekend away. We were blown away by this property from the moment we drove up to it! It is absolutely gorgeous, inside and out. Even better than the pictures. It is peaceful and has amazing views. It is a short drive to all the shopping, restaurants, hiking, etc. of Sedona. We spent a lot of time by the fire pit and hot tub, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a few meals, and we felt at home the minute we walked in. This Airbnb was without a doubt the nicest one I’ve stayed in! The house itself was not only beautiful but also incredibly spacious, making our stay extremely comfortable. The amenities were outstanding- from the pool to the basketball court and the outdoor patio area everything contributed to a great experience. Our family of 5 had a fun and relaxing time at this property! The back yard was great. We enjoyed corn hole, sand volleyball, and relaxing in the sun near the pool. Our 13 year old used the basketball court every day. The garage has been made into a game room. We played ping pong tournaments almost every night we stayed. The home was clean and well stocked with all we needed during our stay. There are restaurants and shopping within 15 minutes of the home. We hiked trails that were a short 15 min drive:). We would highly recommend this home to others looking to have an enjoyable and relaxing vacation!

The views are unparalleled! Our group felt like we didn't even need to leave the house to see the best that Sedona had to offer. The interior of the house is also beautiful and comfortable. The Primary bedroom is massive and luxurious with a great bed. The exterior space was also very fun with the hot tub, grill, fire pits, and market lights. Location is also fantastic with the airport hiking trail just up the road and shops/restaurants just down the road.

Our extended family stayed at the Fountain Hills home for 6 nights and had a fantastic experience. We hiked at the nearby McDowell Sonoran Preserve and mountain biked at McDowell Mountain Regional Park, both great experiences. The home is a short drive to restaurants in Fountain Hills and and a reasonable distance to great restaurants in North Scottsdale. The home was super accommodating for all guests with the teenagers enjoying the heated pool and everybody able to find a quiet place to relax. I would highly recommend this property and VacayAZ as property manager.

Great location - close enough to downtown Sedona, but far enough to be secluded in beautiful surroundings. Place is unique with the 2 structures and game room activity which was a big hit for older 'kids.' Heated Pool was a nice touch as well. Would definitely recommend.

We booked this home primarily because of the location to Pinnacle Peak, which we love to hike, and we were not disappointed. There is a stunning view of PP from the backyard, and the sun rose up from behind it every morning. What a gift. It's walkable to the backside/end of the trailhead, which made for a nice reverse hike up the back side of the mountain--and a stop for lunch at the Four Seasons Resort on the other side before returning.
The home was perfect--super clean, modern, clutter free and yet had everything we needed to feel right at home. We would absolutely stay again and found the hosts to be responsive and thoughtful. The home is even better in person--the photos, as great as they are, don't do it complete justice. This is your spot if you want a peaceful, restorative vacation from the world--just a few minutes drive from everything Scottsdale has to offer.

Was a very magical few days!!! The pictures show the house but it is so much more than the photos! Between the game room, heated pool, hot tub and steam room it kept everyone entertained!!! Was so much fun!!! Beautiful house, surroundings and so many small private seating areas on the property. There are 2 casitas in addition to the main house so all four families in our group had personal space that was very private. The kids loved the heated pool. It was important to us that the pool was warm on the first day. It didn’t disappoint. Even on a chilly day they swam for a couple of hours. The kitchen/great room layout allowed the whole family to hangout together without feeling crowded. VacayAZ was flexible for our checkin so we could bring the grandkids directly from the airport. Overall it was 5 star experience!!!

Pictures don’t do justice for this exquisitely designed and appointed property. We were 3 families and there was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The outdoor space is perfect for entertaining and relaxing. Will definitely look at staying here again for future family vacations!

This beautiful home on Troon Mountain was sparkling clean and super specious (we had 12 people and it never felt cramped or crowded - the place is huge inside and out!). It has a beautiful backyard and views out many of the windows. We loved our stay here and have many good memories stored up from our time at this estate!

This home is absolutely incredible. Fully stocked with everything you’d ever need. We wanted to feel at home away from home, but this home will make you wish it was yours. The views are exactly what you see in the pictures it almost makes you tear up when you see them every morning. Highly recommended.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home during our Sedona girls trip! The home is well appointed, fully stocked, with plenty of amenities and special touches throughout. Incredible gem of a midcentury property nestled in the beautiful red rocks of Sedona. Some of the best hiking trails in Sedona were less than a 5-minute walk from the house. We loved every minute of our stay!
