We had a wonderful stay in Sedona. The home was beautiful - inside and out. The backyard was a dream with the hot tub, pool, gas fire pit area, and area to play bags. It was perfect for our college girls trip. It also was in a great location as it was centerplace for day trips and restaurants. I highly recommend this home!

I’d also add the beds are new and very comfortable. The location is great and is a short walk or cab ride to old town. We especially loved hanging out at the pool during the day and enjoying the beautiful Koi pond in the afternoons. The hosts are very responsive and very easy to communicate with. Was a very magical few days!!! The pictures show the house but it is so much more than the photos! Between the game room, heated pool, hot tub and steam room it kept everyone entertained!!! Was so much fun!!! Beautiful house, surroundings and so many small private seating areas on the property. Although the surrounding area has so much to offer— we never made it off the property everyone was so happy there! Working with VacayAz was so easy!! They quickly answered all my questions!!

The house is spacious and comfortable with beautiful views. And we found it even better than the photos. There are so many wonderful places to sit that it was hard to decide where best to relax. Or which hot tub to enjoy. On top of all that, the host, who is extremely responsive, left thorough instructions along with helpful info about the area. For us, a family that likes to cook together, the huge and well equipped kitchen was the best part. All in all, I can't come up with enough superlatives to fully describe our stay here. Highly recommended.

Very much enjoyed our stay at the aptly named Mini-Resort. The yard is fantastic. We made good use of the salt water pool (we stayed early April and were glad that we had it heated), hot tub, the 3 outdoor seating areas, basketball hoop and games room. The interior has a huge master bedroom covering the top floor, 3 rooms & 2 full baths with a sitting room on the main floor separate from the common areas and a guest room w/bath separate from the house. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped. Even the frying pans were in great shape. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is beautiful, the furniture is very comfortable, it was impeccably clean and organized, well stocked with everything we needed. To be honest, we didn't want to leave! Surrounded by breathtaking views, we thoroughly enjoyed hiking and shopping, as well as some of the many unique excursions Sedona has to offer during the day. This is one of the most BEAUTIFUL homes I have had the pleasure of staying in. We reserved it for a Bachelorette trip to Scottsdale. All of the girls absolutely LOVED it! There was so much space and closet space in each room. The interior design was simply gorgeous and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. We definitely enjoyed relaxing by the pool. It's also in a great location. A trip to pickup food, groceries, restaurants or activities can take up to 5-20 minutes; which is not bad at all. VacayAZ was very quick to respond to us if we had any questions. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

This house was absolutely perfect. I am the type that does a lot of research on location and I had my doubts. But it felt sooo private and comfortable. We had the pool heated and the kids were in it all the time. The hosts were very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. All the rooms were so nice, and the huge updated kitchen was perfect for our large family! The house had the perfect combo of luxury and kid friendly we needed to have the perfect trip! VacayAZ connected us with some private chef's who came and made an incredible brunch. This Airbnb was without a doubt the nicest one I’ve stayed in! The house itself was not only beautiful but also incredibly spacious, making our stay extremely comfortable. The amenities were outstanding- from the pool to the basketball court and the outdoor patio area everything contributed to a great experience. The location was perfect for our golf outings (30 mins) and trips to Old Town (15 mins). The hosts were fantastic, they respond quickly to any inquiry and were very accommodating with requests! We loved the luxe yet relaxed interior decor. The kitchen is very well equipped and we were able to cook and bbq more than once.. our favourite times at the house. There is a spectacular view from the living room and the backyard is a fun space with pool, hot tub and fire pit.
We loved the traffic calmed neighbourhood and being able to reach hikes straight from the location. The house is walking distance from shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

We were close to many of Sedona’s beautiful trails, swimming holes, and vortexes, but it was also so lovely to just hang poolside with the barbecue and beautiful views. This house is something else, starting with the Dragon by the pool and the gorgeous sceneries of Camelback mountain and the city of Phoenix in the back!! This property has it all, with plenty of space to host a lot of people, this is the perfect place for a get-together and spend quality time with friends and family. This was a beautiful spacious house that accommodated a work offsite for our small team very nicely. The layout was awesome and provided a sense of privacy but also had several areas for us to come together and socialize. The bedrooms were spacious and situated to accommodate females and males separately if needed. The rooms consisted of a Master bedroom spanning the entire upstairs and was extremely luxurious, then an outside room in the Casita providing a little more privacy, and then the remaining 3 rooms situated around a sitting area.
The common living areas were large and provided a comfortable setting with strong WIFI throughout the property for both our work meetings and personal use. In the evenings we were able to enjoy the large game room located in the Casita, soak in the hot tub, and sit around the firepit. The property managers were very easy to work with and very responsive. Easy to use QR code pointing us to instructions on the rental. Highly recommend!

My friends and I rented this place for a writing retreat in mid-June and it was exactly what we wanted/needed and more. The house actually looks better in person than in the photos. The pool area remains cool for several hours in the morning and evening, the sun sets spectacularly behind the mountain. The separate hot tub was a great place to spend evenings. And the roof deck lets you take in the stars. The fact that all of the outdoor spaces have views of Black Mountain is so special. I really appreciated that almost every bedroom was so private and had its own bathroom. I also appreciated all the separate writing spaces. We also made a lot of use of that amazing kitchen! It has everything you need to make spectacular meals. And the outdoor grill/stovetop were really fun and easy to use. The living room spaces were beautiful as well especially the main room with a view of the pool and mountain.

Pool was delightful, there was some mini golf in the yard and plenty of games and sports equipment. We went for a staff retreat and had plenty of room to spread out and work, we used the gym for morning workouts, and the kitchen made cooking for 9 simple and fun. If you are looking for peace, tranquility & beautiful views this is the home for you. The location and views are perfect. The home has something for everyone & our family enjoyed all of the amenities; the hot tub, pool, playground, koi pond, steam shower, the game room & the golf course. The pool was perfect for small kids, as it has many ledges, levels and water fountain features. The home was also very well stocked with extras such as coffee, paper products, soaps, etc.
We had many things planned & ended up enjoying time at the house instead! Our favorite thing was watching for wildlife & enjoying the gorgeous sunsets. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

We LOVED this house. The views are absolutely spectacular. It's walking distance to the Broken Arrow trailhead, which hosts some of Sedona's most iconic hikes and off road vehicle trails.
The house was spacious, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive. We loved the landscaped yard with all the seating areas and water features. The house is in a neighborhood, but it feels extremely private. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to beautiful Sedona.

If you are undecided of where to stay, STAY HERE!!! This place was the most amazing mansion I’ve ever seen. Everything was perfect. From the dragon at the pool with the red eyes all the way to the master bedroom suite with a HUGE I mean HUGEEEE jacuzzi bath and the shower with SIX shower heads. It’s a house you see in the movies. It takes so long to get from one side of the house to the other. The view of the mountains then the city on the other side is breath taking. I swear I will own this house one day! I can’t wait to return it will definitely be this year again!!!

Excellent spot for a company offsite. Plenty of room and lots of interesting meeting locations. Pool and hot tub were nice in the evenings. We had a chef come and cook as well. Would recommend!

This place was the the ultimate bachelor pad in a great location in close proximity to old town scottsdale. Ton's of space allowed for every guest to feel comfortale. Incredible amenities inside and out. The outdoor space is a vibe with outdoor bar, firepit, seating area, hot tub and heated pool with a water slide. The kitchen is well stocked, the fridge has tons of space you can really chef it up in there or hire a chef! The games inside (shuffleboard, billiards, fuzbol) are well kept. The perfect place to relax and chill with a big group for a weekend or for weeks!. Highly recommend this place! We had an incredble stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Sedona, and coming home to this extremely well equipped, clean, stylish abode at the end of the day made our vacation superb! We felt right at home and it was easy to get around from this location. Communication with the host was great. We look forward to staying here again in the future. 5+ stars!

Our family of 5 had a fun and relaxing time at this property! The back yard was great. We enjoyed corn hole, sand volleyball, and relaxing in the sun near the pool. Our 13 year old used the basketball court every day. The garage has been made into a game room. We played ping pong tournaments almost every night we stayed. The home was clean and well stocked with all we needed during our stay. There are restaurants and shopping within 15 minutes of the home. We hiked trails that were a short 15 min drive:). We would highly recommend this home to others looking to have an enjoyable and relaxing vacation!

Wonderful home, our family of 8 stayed for 5 nights, we were very comfortable!! Everyone enjoyed having a trail right outside the fence, took many hikes!! Very convenient to restaurants and town! Very quiet neighborhood, enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit and the views were spectacular!!!!! There were no problems with the home so we never had to contact management!! Would definitely rent again!!!

The attention to detail, the cleanliness, the location, and the amenities were incredible and made our girls trip what it was.
