What a fun place to stay with a big group! The kids were never bored, there was enough room that our 3 families didn’t feel on top of each other, and the giant movie theater was an excellent break from the sun. Plus, the beds were crazy comfy! Can’t wait to come back next year!

We loved our stay!!! Beautiful contemporary home with all the bells and whistles. Incredible pool and spa with fire bowls, fire pits and outdoor TV. Enjoyed putting green, driving range and cornhole. The downstairs movie theater, pool table and arcade kept the kids busy all weekend. The location is great, just minutes from Old Town and Kierland Commons. Definitely will be back. Great vacation.

The perfect sized house for a week long family gathering! Our group included 6 adults, an energetic 2 1/2 year old and a curious dog who all loved to hike the many trails in walking distance and explore the dog park and playground. S’mores, star gazing, morning yoga on the deck and cooking/grilling many meals together in the fabulous oversized kitchen were all highlights. A peaceful, quiet area with views that were breathtaking morning, noon and night. You will definitely leave this great rental feeling more energetic!

Wonderful home, our family of 8 stayed for 5 nights, we were very comfortable!! Everyone enjoyed having a trail right outside the fence, took many hikes!! Very convenient to restaurants and town! Very quiet neighborhood, enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit and the views were spectacular!!!!! There were no problems with the home so we never had to contact management!! Would definitely rent again!!!

Wow! What a treat it was to stay in this beautiful house and guest house! Surrounded by breathtaking views, we thoroughly enjoyed hiking and shopping, as well as some of the many unique excursions Sedona has to offer during the day. In the evenings, we headed back to the house to soak and relax in the peaceful, pristine hot tub. Everything about this delightful listing is top notch and I recommend it without any hesitation.

The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might possibly need and the decor complimented the house and surroundings perfectly. The only down side was house being on a dirt road. Dusty for walking. Backyard is fabulous. Very good communication with VacayAZ. Loved this home!!!

We loved staying here and enjoyed every minute! Lots to accommodate the whole family - from lounging by the pool and putting around on the putting green, to the garage filled with a pool table, ping pong table, and air hockey - we all had something fun to do! We had a wonderful stay in Sedona. The home was beautiful - inside and out. The backyard was a dream with the hot tub, pool, gas fire pit area, and area to play bags. This is one of the most BEAUTIFUL homes I have had the pleasure of staying in. We reserved it for a Bachelorette trip to Scottsdale. All of the girls absolutely LOVED it! There was so much space and closet space in each room. The interior design was simply gorgeous and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. We definitely enjoyed relaxing by the pool. It's also in a great location. A trip to pickup food, groceries, restaurants or activities can take up to 5-20 minutes; which is not bad at all. VacayAZ was very quick to respond to us if we had any questions. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

We absolutely LOVED our stay. The views off the back patio with the hot tub and firepit were stunning. One night we sat in the hot tub and turned off all the house lights–the milky way was right there above us and we saw at least a dozen shooting stars. Truly magical. We loved alternating between the fire pit outside and the fireplace in the living room. The whole environment was peaceful and relaxing.
The kitchen was well provisioned, and we really appreciated that there was dish soap and laundry soap etc. on hand for us to use. The beds and pillows were very comfortable as well. We went as a group of 4 girlfriends, and we all agreed it was one of the nicest Airbnbs we'd ever stayed in. I already want to go back with my husband!

The house is beautiful, the furniture is very comfortable, it was impeccably clean and organized, well stocked with everything we needed. To be honest, we didn't want to leave! This Airbnb was great for our girls getaway weekend! It was walking distance to a local hike and <5 minutes driving from Tlaquepaque Square with lots of restaurants and shops. The views from the front and back of the airbnb were quite lovely. The hot tub was great for relaxing at the end of a long, hot day where we could ease our sore muscles. Rooms were large/spacious. Airbnb was secluded/private, and we felt very safe.

It had stunning views on all sides of the house. The views from the large glass windows in the front and back of the house were both breathtaking. The house was immaculate and had a very chic decor. The bedrooms were also stunning with amazing views, and all the beds were comfy and the linens were so soft. This was one of the best Airbnb houses that I have ever seen. It is pricey, but totally worth every penny. My family loved it and it has a ton of space for a big family, or a group of friends. I will definitely try to book this again in the future.

One of the immediate things that makes this place so special are the panoramic views from southwest to northeast that can be seen not only from the patio, but from within the living room and family room of this home. The space within the home was inviting with plenty of room to gather together or to find a quiet spot. The neighborhood is also quiet with no road noise. We will be back soon, I'm sure.

Our extended family stayed at the Fountain Hills home for 6 nights and had a fantastic experience. We hiked at the nearby McDowell Sonoran Preserve and mountain biked at McDowell Mountain Regional Park, both great experiences. The home is a short drive to restaurants in Fountain Hills and and a reasonable distance to great restaurants in North Scottsdale. The home was super accommodating for all guests with the teenagers enjoying the heated pool and everybody able to find a quiet place to relax. I would highly recommend this property and VacayAZ as property manager.

My friends and I rented this place for a writing retreat in mid-June and it was exactly what we wanted/needed and more. The house actually looks better in person than in the photos. The pool area remains cool for several hours in the morning and evening, the sun sets spectacularly behind the mountain. The separate hot tub was a great place to spend evenings. And the roof deck lets you take in the stars. The fact that all of the outdoor spaces have views of Black Mountain is so special. I really appreciated that almost every bedroom was so private and had its own bathroom. I also appreciated all the separate writing spaces. We also made a lot of use of that amazing kitchen! It has everything you need to make spectacular meals. And the outdoor grill/stovetop were really fun and easy to use. The living room spaces were beautiful as well especially the main room with a view of the pool and mountain.

The house is spacious and comfortable with beautiful views. And we found it even better than the photos. There are so many wonderful places to sit that it was hard to decide where best to relax. Or which hot tub to enjoy. On top of all that, the host, who is extremely responsive, left thorough instructions along with helpful info about the area. For us, a family that likes to cook together, the huge and well equipped kitchen was the best part. All in all, I can't come up with enough superlatives to fully describe our stay here. Every minute we spent here was enjoyed outdoors: putting during the day and hot tub at night. We can’t say enough good things about this place! Amazing location…One of the best views in Sedona. Great home for a family retreat. We utilized every aspect of home including the massage room located off the master bedroom. The kitchen was well appointed and had all the supplies and amenities we needed to cook full breakfasts and dinners. We also made family s’mores in the fire pit down below. We rented the house for a week over Christmas. The family compound worked great for us. There are 2 casitas in addition to the main house so all four families in our group had personal space that was very private. The kids loved the heated pool. It was important to us that the pool was warm on the first day. It didn’t disappoint. Even on a chilly day they swam for a couple of hours. The kitchen/great room layout allowed the whole family to hangout together without feeling crowded. VacayAZ was flexible for our checkin so we could bring the grandkids directly from the airport. Overall it was 5 star experience!!!

We booked this home primarily because of the location to Pinnacle Peak, which we love to hike, and we were not disappointed. There is a stunning view of PP from the backyard, and the sun rose up from behind it every morning. What a gift. It's walkable to the backside/end of the trailhead, which made for a nice reverse hike up the back side of the mountain--and a stop for lunch at the Four Seasons Resort on the other side before returning.
The home was perfect--super clean, modern, clutter free and yet had everything we needed to feel right at home. We would absolutely stay again and found the hosts to be responsive and thoughtful. The home is even better in person--the photos, as great as they are, don't do it complete justice. This is your spot if you want a peaceful, restorative vacation from the world--just a few minutes drive from everything Scottsdale has to offer.

The hot tub was amazing and we loved all of the plants and outdoor space. The design and architecture were beautiful. This was of the coolest and most unique places I’ve stayed in so far. If you are undecided of where to stay, STAY HERE!!! This place was the most amazing mansion I’ve ever seen. Everything was perfect. From the dragon at the pool with the red eyes all the way to the master bedroom suite with a HUGE I mean HUGEEEE jacuzzi bath and the shower with SIX shower heads. It’s a house you see in the movies. It takes so long to get from one side of the house to the other. The view of the mountains then the city on the other side is breath taking. I swear I will own this house one day! I can’t wait to return it will definitely be this year again!!!

We booked the Cliff House for a relaxing getaway and the location and home did not disappoint! We were close to many of Sedona’s beautiful trails, swimming holes, and vortexes, but it was also so lovely to just hang poolside with the barbecue and beautiful views. We also had a lot of fun playing all the games in the game room. It really is a beautiful home - would definitely book again!

This house is amazing! The pool and sauna are great in and of themselves, but the amazing views in the background really made it a next-level experience. Great open floor plan on the first floor, good for large groups. Lots of decks and built-in outdoor grill, great for hanging outside. And there's a trail just outside the backyard door, a 10 minute up to the Summit Trail with *unbelievable* 360 degree views. I highly highly recommend this house!

The layout was awesome and provided a sense of privacy but also had several areas for us to come together and socialize. The bedrooms were spacious and situated to accommodate females and males separately if needed. The rooms consisted of a Master bedroom spanning the entire upstairs and was extremely luxurious, then an outside room in the Casita providing a little more privacy, and then the remaining 3 rooms situated around a sitting area.
The common living areas were large and provided a comfortable setting with strong WIFI throughout the property for both our work meetings and personal use. In the evenings we were able to enjoy the large game room located in the Casita, soak in the hot tub, and sit around the firepit. The property managers were very easy to work with and very responsive. Easy to use QR code pointing us to instructions on the rental. Highly recommend!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home during our Sedona girls trip! The home is well appointed, fully stocked, with plenty of amenities and special touches throughout. The hot tub was amazing while sitting under the stars. We enjoyed the easy access to hiking trails and downtown areas. We would definitely stay in this home again or another property from VacayAZ. Thank you for all the attention to detail and quick and accurate communication.

Beautiful home. Well appointed and spread out so particularly good for a group of friends wanting their own bedroom/bathroom. The pickle ball court was really a fun activity and in general, the space was very enjoyable for our girls weekend away.

The pictures didn’t do it justice! We loved how spacious the house is, the kitchen was top notch. Views from the bedrooms were amazing. The pool and outside features were all so fun and beautiful. We had 5 kids ages 9-13 and no one ever got bored. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, comfortable beds. Everything was amazing!

We had a fantastic stay. Great care has been taken to anticipate and trace all potential needs any guests might have.
We loved the luxe yet relaxed interior decor. The kitchen is very well equipped and we were able to cook and bbq more than once.. our favourite times at the house. There is a spectacular view from the living room and the backyard is a fun space with pool, hot tub and fire pit.
We loved the traffic calmed neighbourhood and being able to reach hikes straight from the location. The house is walking distance from shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for peace, tranquility & beautiful views this is the home for you. The location and views are perfect. The home has something for everyone & our family enjoyed all of the amenities; the hot tub, pool, playground, koi pond, steam shower, the game room & the golf course. The pool was perfect for small kids, as it has many ledges, levels and water fountain features. The home was also very well stocked with extras such as coffee, paper products, soaps, etc.
We had many things planned & ended up enjoying time at the house instead! Our favorite thing was watching for wildlife & enjoying the gorgeous sunsets. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
