Our extended family stayed at the Fountain Hills home for 6 nights and had a fantastic experience. We hiked at the nearby McDowell Sonoran Preserve and mountain biked at McDowell Mountain Regional Park, both great experiences. The home is a short drive to restaurants in Fountain Hills and and a reasonable distance to great restaurants in North Scottsdale. The home was super accommodating for all guests with the teenagers enjoying the heated pool and everybody able to find a quiet place to relax. I would highly recommend this property and VacayAZ as property manager.

We absolutely LOVED our stay. The views off the back patio with the hot tub and firepit were stunning. One night we sat in the hot tub and turned off all the house lights–the milky way was right there above us and we saw at least a dozen shooting stars. Truly magical. We loved alternating between the fire pit outside and the fireplace in the living room. The whole environment was peaceful and relaxing.
The kitchen was well provisioned, and we really appreciated that there was dish soap and laundry soap etc. on hand for us to use. The beds and pillows were very comfortable as well. We went as a group of 4 girlfriends, and we all agreed it was one of the nicest Airbnbs we'd ever stayed in. I already want to go back with my husband!

This place was PERFECT for our girls weekend vaca. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking at home. The views were amazing. Get to watch the sunset from the patio and hot tub every night. Walk out the back door to local trails. It’s a neighborhood but we felt we had plenty of privacy.

This Airbnb was great for our girls getaway weekend! It was walking distance to a local hike and <5 minutes driving from Tlaquepaque Square with lots of restaurants and shops. The views from the front and back of the airbnb were quite lovely. The hot tub was great for relaxing at the end of a long, hot day where we could ease our sore muscles. Rooms were large/spacious. Airbnb was secluded/private, and we felt very safe.

We loved the luxe yet relaxed interior decor. The kitchen is very well equipped and we were able to cook and bbq more than once.. our favourite times at the house. There is a spectacular view from the living room and the backyard is a fun space with pool, hot tub and fire pit.
We loved the traffic calmed neighbourhood and being able to reach hikes straight from the location. The house is walking distance from shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

This home was perfect for our group of 10! The Ensuite bathrooms are a huge plus! The backyard and pool zones with misters were amazing all day and night. VacayAZ connected us with some private chef's who came and made an incredible brunch. This home is perfect if your intention is to never leave the property (and why would you) as it nestled in a private mini mountain.

This property was perfect for our family during my son's wedding weekend. All of us were from out of state and got in at different times over the span of 36 hours. There was plenty of off-street parking for all our rental cars (eight total!) and it was easy to come and go as needed. With all the amenities the property offered, (pool, basketball court, yard, pool table, etc.) everyone (ages 2 to 87) was entertained. The house was perfectly appointed and we lacked for nothing - plenty of seating for 23 people, comfortable beds, all the kitchen tools and dishes and cookware made meals for our extended family easy and allowed us to all spend time together. Check-out instructions and requirements weren't over the top or excessive. Communication with management was always prompt, friendly and accommodating. Overall, some of the best money we've spent to add this memory to our family album. Thanks for everything!

Unbelievable house if you are a large group going to Scottsdale this house is a must stay. The house itself is beautiful and comes with everything you could think of and more. Host is very easy to reach and was super accommodating through out. Location was great 10-15 minutes from most golf courses, bars and restaurants. This Airbnb was without a doubt the nicest one I’ve stayed in! The house itself was not only beautiful but also incredibly spacious, making our stay extremely comfortable. The amenities were outstanding- from the pool to the basketball court and the outdoor patio area everything contributed to a great experience. Or which hot tub to enjoy. On top of all that, the host, who is extremely responsive, left thorough instructions along with helpful info about the area. If you are looking for peace, tranquility & beautiful views this is the home for you. The location and views are perfect. The home has something for everyone & our family enjoyed all of the amenities; the hot tub, pool, playground, koi pond, steam shower, the game room & the golf course. The pool was perfect for small kids, as it has many ledges, levels and water fountain features. The home was also very well stocked with extras such as coffee, paper products, soaps, etc.
We had many things planned & ended up enjoying time at the house instead! Our favorite thing was watching for wildlife & enjoying the gorgeous sunsets. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

This was a beautiful spacious house that accommodated a work offsite for our small team very nicely. The layout was awesome and provided a sense of privacy but also had several areas for us to come together and socialize. The bedrooms were spacious and situated to accommodate females and males separately if needed. The rooms consisted of a Master bedroom spanning the entire upstairs and was extremely luxurious, then an outside room in the Casita providing a little more privacy, and then the remaining 3 rooms situated around a sitting area.
The common living areas were large and provided a comfortable setting with strong WIFI throughout the property for both our work meetings and personal use. In the evenings we were able to enjoy the large game room located in the Casita, soak in the hot tub, and sit around the firepit. The property managers were very easy to work with and very responsive. Easy to use QR code pointing us to instructions on the rental. Highly recommend!

This rental is worth every penny if you have a large gathering to host! We had 16 people in our group-and because of the layout and 3 houses it felt like we had more than enough space for comfort and fun! Main house kitchen is incredible and the game room was awesome for the kids!!

Very much enjoyed our stay at the aptly named Mini-Resort. The yard is fantastic. We made good use of the salt water pool (we stayed early April and were glad that we had it heated), hot tub, the 3 outdoor seating areas, basketball hoop and games room. The interior has a huge master bedroom covering the top floor, 3 rooms & 2 full baths with a sitting room on the main floor separate from the common areas and a guest room w/bath separate from the house. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped. Even the frying pans were in great shape. Would definitely stay here again.

We were close to many of Sedona’s beautiful trails, swimming holes, and vortexes, but it was also so lovely to just hang poolside with the barbecue and beautiful views. The house was great and had everything we could have asked for. Plenty of sleeping room, spacious kitchen & game room, beautiful outdoor/pool area. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

Total Gem. Had such a great stay. The views and privacy are fabulous. The house was clean, furnished beautifully, and had quality finishes.
The sunsets were amazing from the balconies. Pool was amazing and was a great time. Great location as well.
