The perfect sized house for a week long family gathering! Our group included 6 adults, an energetic 2 1/2 year old and a curious dog who all loved to hike the many trails in walking distance and explore the dog park and playground. S’mores, star gazing, morning yoga on the deck and cooking/grilling many meals together in the fabulous oversized kitchen were all highlights. A peaceful, quiet area with views that were breathtaking morning, noon and night. You will definitely leave this great rental feeling more energetic!

Awesome spot! I was here with a group of friends and it was perfect for us. The Pool, pickle ball/basketball court, outdoor grill, and lounge space we used a ton. The location is close to great hikes and restaurants. It really is an awesome spot for some sunshine and R&R. Certainly would recommend!

We had a party of 10 (5 couples) stay here, celebrating several of our 40th’s. Everyone was fully impressed by the home. Clean, gorgeous interior and fun backyard. Every minute we spent here was enjoyed outdoors: putting during the day and hot tub at night. We can’t say enough good things about this place! We absolutely will be earmarking this for another trip in the future.

This home was perfect for our group of 10! The Ensuite bathrooms are a huge plus! The backyard and pool zones with misters were amazing all day and night. VacayAZ connected us with some private chef's who came and made an incredible brunch. This home is perfect if your intention is to never leave the property (and why would you) as it nestled in a private mini mountain.

We loved our stay!!! Beautiful contemporary home with all the bells and whistles. Incredible pool and spa with fire bowls, fire pits and outdoor TV. Enjoyed putting green, driving range and cornhole. The downstairs movie theater, pool table and arcade kept the kids busy all weekend. The location is great, just minutes from Old Town and Kierland Commons. Definitely will be back. Great vacation.

We have several age groups in our family and they were able to have their own areas to relax and enjoy each other. Very much enjoyed our stay at the aptly named Mini-Resort. The yard is fantastic. We made good use of the salt water pool (we stayed early April and were glad that we had it heated), hot tub, the 3 outdoor seating areas, basketball hoop and games room. The interior has a huge master bedroom covering the top floor, 3 rooms & 2 full baths with a sitting room on the main floor separate from the common areas and a guest room w/bath separate from the house. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped. Even the frying pans were in great shape. Would definitely stay here again.

This rental is worth every penny if you have a large gathering to host! We had 16 people in our group-and because of the layout and 3 houses it felt like we had more than enough space for comfort and fun! Main house kitchen is incredible and the game room was awesome for the kids!!

If you are undecided of where to stay, STAY HERE!!! This place was the most amazing mansion I’ve ever seen. Everything was perfect. From the dragon at the pool with the red eyes all the way to the master bedroom suite with a HUGE I mean HUGEEEE jacuzzi bath and the shower with SIX shower heads. It’s a house you see in the movies. It takes so long to get from one side of the house to the other. The view of the mountains then the city on the other side is breath taking. I swear I will own this house one day! I can’t wait to return it will definitely be this year again!!!

Unbelievable house if you are a large group going to Scottsdale this house is a must stay. The house itself is beautiful and comes with everything you could think of and more. Host is very easy to reach and was super accommodating through out. Location was great 10-15 minutes from most golf courses, bars and restaurants. The home is spacious allowing 10 people to move about in kitchen easily, bedrooms are comfortable, bathrooms updated, wifi excellent, furniture clean and location is great. One of the immediate things that makes this place so special are the panoramic views from southwest to northeast that can be seen not only from the patio, but from within the living room and family room of this home. The space within the home was inviting with plenty of room to gather together or to find a quiet spot. The neighborhood is also quiet with no road noise. We will be back soon, I'm sure.

This Airbnb was without a doubt the nicest one I’ve stayed in! The house itself was not only beautiful but also incredibly spacious, making our stay extremely comfortable. The amenities were outstanding- from the pool to the basketball court and the outdoor patio area everything contributed to a great experience. The location was perfect for our golf outings (30 mins) and trips to Old Town (15 mins). The hosts were fantastic, they respond quickly to any inquiry and were very accommodating with requests! Pool was delightful, there was some mini golf in the yard and plenty of games and sports equipment. We went for a staff retreat and had plenty of room to spread out and work, we used the gym for morning workouts, and the kitchen made cooking for 9 simple and fun. Absolute steal for the money - would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We LOVED this house. The views are absolutely spectacular. It's walking distance to the Broken Arrow trailhead, which hosts some of Sedona's most iconic hikes and off road vehicle trails.
The house was spacious, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive. We loved the landscaped yard with all the seating areas and water features. The house is in a neighborhood, but it feels extremely private. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to beautiful Sedona.

This was by far the best and most unique Airbnb I've ever stayed in. We came for a Bachelor Party and wanted somewhere more low key and private for our group of 14. The house could not have been a more perfect set up for us. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out, there was so many different places to hang out and things to do. The pool was the perfect spot to sit and look out over the landscape. One of the best things was the huge fire pit that is built right into the massive cliffs behind the house. The hosts were also super responsive to anything we needed and even brought us firewood. Cannot recommend this house enough.

This was a beautiful spacious house that accommodated a work offsite for our small team very nicely. The layout was awesome and provided a sense of privacy but also had several areas for us to come together and socialize. The bedrooms were spacious and situated to accommodate females and males separately if needed. The rooms consisted of a Master bedroom spanning the entire upstairs and was extremely luxurious, then an outside room in the Casita providing a little more privacy, and then the remaining 3 rooms situated around a sitting area.
The common living areas were large and provided a comfortable setting with strong WIFI throughout the property for both our work meetings and personal use. In the evenings we were able to enjoy the large game room located in the Casita, soak in the hot tub, and sit around the firepit. The property managers were very easy to work with and very responsive. Easy to use QR code pointing us to instructions on the rental. Highly recommend!

This house is amazing! The pool and sauna are great in and of themselves, but the amazing views in the background really made it a next-level experience. Great open floor plan on the first floor, good for large groups. Lots of decks and built-in outdoor grill, great for hanging outside. And there's a trail just outside the backyard door, a 10 minute up to the Summit Trail with *unbelievable* 360 degree views. I highly highly recommend this house!

This Airbnb was great for our girls getaway weekend! It was walking distance to a local hike and <5 minutes driving from Tlaquepaque Square with lots of restaurants and shops. The views from the front and back of the airbnb were quite lovely. The hot tub was great for relaxing at the end of a long, hot day where we could ease our sore muscles. Rooms were large/spacious. Airbnb was secluded/private, and we felt very safe.

Our extended family stayed at the Fountain Hills home for 6 nights and had a fantastic experience. We hiked at the nearby McDowell Sonoran Preserve and mountain biked at McDowell Mountain Regional Park, both great experiences. The home is a short drive to restaurants in Fountain Hills and and a reasonable distance to great restaurants in North Scottsdale. The home was super accommodating for all guests with the teenagers enjoying the heated pool and everybody able to find a quiet place to relax. I would highly recommend this property and VacayAZ as property manager.

We had the pool heated and the kids were in it all the time. The hosts were very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. All the essentials were provided for and the kitchen was one of the best equipped airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Worth every penny. If I go back to Sedona I’m staying here!

We stayed here with a group of 12 for a bachelorette retreat and it was wonderful. The grounds are beautiful, it has everything you need and we were pleasantly surprised with how walkable everything was. Cozy beds too!

Stunning property and home. Felt like our own private oasis. Extended family stay and everyone at every age level was extremely comfortable. The house is even more impressive in person. Gorgeous walks behind the house through cactus lined dirt roads. The host was extremely responsive to any questions.

Our family of 5 had a fun and relaxing time at this property! The back yard was great. We enjoyed corn hole, sand volleyball, and relaxing in the sun near the pool. Our 13 year old used the basketball court every day. The garage has been made into a game room. We played ping pong tournaments almost every night we stayed. The home was clean and well stocked with all we needed during our stay. There are restaurants and shopping within 15 minutes of the home. We hiked trails that were a short 15 min drive:). We would highly recommend this home to others looking to have an enjoyable and relaxing vacation!
