Our family enjoyed the relaxing accommodations of this property. One of the immediate things that makes this place so special are the panoramic views from southwest to northeast that can be seen not only from the patio, but from within the living room and family room of this home. The space within the home was inviting with plenty of room to gather together or to find a quiet spot. The neighborhood is also quiet with no road noise. We will be back soon, I'm sure.

If you are looking for peace, tranquility & beautiful views this is the home for you. The location and views are perfect. The home has something for everyone & our family enjoyed all of the amenities; the hot tub, pool, playground, koi pond, steam shower, the game room & the golf course. The pool was perfect for small kids, as it has many ledges, levels and water fountain features. The home was also very well stocked with extras such as coffee, paper products, soaps, etc.
We had many things planned & ended up enjoying time at the house instead! Our favorite thing was watching for wildlife & enjoying the gorgeous sunsets. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

The house is beautiful, the furniture is very comfortable, it was impeccably clean and organized, well stocked with everything we needed. To be honest, we didn't want to leave! Loved the design of the house and interior. Comfortable, well maintained floor plan to accommodate our extended family of 9 people. Incredible views of the surrounding mountains all around and such a convenient location to all the west Sedona trails. A+ would recommend for any large party looking to experience Sedona.

Our extended family stayed at the Fountain Hills home for 6 nights and had a fantastic experience. We hiked at the nearby McDowell Sonoran Preserve and mountain biked at McDowell Mountain Regional Park, both great experiences. The home is a short drive to restaurants in Fountain Hills and and a reasonable distance to great restaurants in North Scottsdale. The home was super accommodating for all guests with the teenagers enjoying the heated pool and everybody able to find a quiet place to relax. I would highly recommend this property and VacayAZ as property manager.

The Villa is incredible. We stayed here for a girls weekend trip. The house is even more beautiful than the photos, was extremely spacious, and had every amenity we could dream of and more. Could not recommend a stay here more!!

This property was perfect for our family during my son's wedding weekend. All of us were from out of state and got in at different times over the span of 36 hours. There was plenty of off-street parking for all our rental cars (eight total!) and it was easy to come and go as needed. With all the amenities the property offered, (pool, basketball court, yard, pool table, etc.) everyone (ages 2 to 87) was entertained. The house was perfectly appointed and we lacked for nothing - plenty of seating for 23 people, comfortable beds, all the kitchen tools and dishes and cookware made meals for our extended family easy and allowed us to all spend time together. Check-out instructions and requirements weren't over the top or excessive. Communication with management was always prompt, friendly and accommodating. Overall, some of the best money we've spent to add this memory to our family album. Thanks for everything!

We had an amazing quick trip to Scottsdale. I had 8 people in my family and we weren’t on top of each other. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and I loved how many towels there were. We booked this home primarily because of the location to Pinnacle Peak, which we love to hike, and we were not disappointed. There is a stunning view of PP from the backyard, and the sun rose up from behind it every morning. What a gift. It's walkable to the backside/end of the trailhead, which made for a nice reverse hike up the back side of the mountain--and a stop for lunch at the Four Seasons Resort on the other side before returning.
The home was perfect--super clean, modern, clutter free and yet had everything we needed to feel right at home. We would absolutely stay again and found the hosts to be responsive and thoughtful. The home is even better in person--the photos, as great as they are, don't do it complete justice. This is your spot if you want a peaceful, restorative vacation from the world--just a few minutes drive from everything Scottsdale has to offer.

Was a very magical few days!!! The pictures show the house but it is so much more than the photos! Between the game room, heated pool, hot tub and steam room it kept everyone entertained!!! Was so much fun!!! Beautiful house, surroundings and so many small private seating areas on the property. Although the surrounding area has so much to offer— we never made it off the property everyone was so happy there! Working with VacayAz was so easy!! They quickly answered all my questions!!

This rental is worth every penny if you have a large gathering to host! We had 16 people in our group-and because of the layout and 3 houses it felt like we had more than enough space for comfort and fun! Main house kitchen is incredible and the game room was awesome for the kids!!

We booked the Cliff House for a relaxing getaway and the location and home did not disappoint! We were close to many of Sedona’s beautiful trails, swimming holes, and vortexes, but it was also so lovely to just hang poolside with the barbecue and beautiful views. We also had a lot of fun playing all the games in the game room. It really is a beautiful home - would definitely book again!

It had stunning views on all sides of the house. The views from the large glass windows in the front and back of the house were both breathtaking. The house was immaculate and had a very chic decor. The bedrooms were also stunning with amazing views, and all the beds were comfy and the linens were so soft. This was one of the best Airbnb houses that I have ever seen. It is pricey, but totally worth every penny. My family loved it and it has a ton of space for a big family, or a group of friends. I will definitely try to book this again in the future.

Delightful indeed! We were in town for a wedding and shared this home with 5 couples. It accommodated all our needs and had every amenity you would need for a desert getaway. The home is spacious allowing 10 people to move about in kitchen easily, bedrooms are comfortable, bathrooms updated, wifi excellent, furniture clean and location is great. This house is something else, starting with the Dragon by the pool and the gorgeous sceneries of Camelback mountain and the city of Phoenix in the back!! This property has it all, with plenty of space to host a lot of people, this is the perfect place for a get-together and spend quality time with friends and family. Unbelievably beautiful house in a gorgeous setting. Best stocked kitchen of any airbnb i've ever stayed at. Pool was delightful, there was some mini golf in the yard and plenty of games and sports equipment. We went for a staff retreat and had plenty of room to spread out and work, we used the gym for morning workouts, and the kitchen made cooking for 9 simple and fun. Absolute steal for the money - would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This Airbnb was without a doubt the nicest one I’ve stayed in! The house itself was not only beautiful but also incredibly spacious, making our stay extremely comfortable. The amenities were outstanding- from the pool to the basketball court and the outdoor patio area everything contributed to a great experience. The location was perfect for our golf outings (30 mins) and trips to Old Town (15 mins). The hosts were fantastic, they respond quickly to any inquiry and were very accommodating with requests! We had the pool heated and the kids were in it all the time. The hosts were very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. The views are unparalleled! Our group felt like we didn't even need to leave the house to see the best that Sedona had to offer. The interior of the house is also beautiful and comfortable. The Primary bedroom is massive and luxurious with a great bed. The exterior space was also very fun with the hot tub, grill, fire pits, and market lights. Location is also fantastic with the airport hiking trail just up the road and shops/restaurants just down the road.

This Airbnb was great for our girls getaway weekend! It was walking distance to a local hike and <5 minutes driving from Tlaquepaque Square with lots of restaurants and shops. The views from the front and back of the airbnb were quite lovely. The hot tub was great for relaxing at the end of a long, hot day where we could ease our sore muscles. Rooms were large/spacious. Airbnb was secluded/private, and we felt very safe.

Very much enjoyed our stay at the aptly named Mini-Resort. The yard is fantastic. We made good use of the salt water pool (we stayed early April and were glad that we had it heated), hot tub, the 3 outdoor seating areas, basketball hoop and games room. The interior has a huge master bedroom covering the top floor, 3 rooms & 2 full baths with a sitting room on the main floor separate from the common areas and a guest room w/bath separate from the house. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped. Even the frying pans were in great shape. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was the the ultimate bachelor pad in a great location in close proximity to old town scottsdale. Ton's of space allowed for every guest to feel comfortale. Incredible amenities inside and out. The outdoor space is a vibe with outdoor bar, firepit, seating area, hot tub and heated pool with a water slide. The kitchen is well stocked, the fridge has tons of space you can really chef it up in there or hire a chef! The games inside (shuffleboard, billiards, fuzbol) are well kept. The perfect place to relax and chill with a big group for a weekend or for weeks!. Highly recommend this place! We had an incredble stay.

The house was absolutely stunning! From the beautiful outdoor furniture, to the plush bedding the house was exactly what we were looking for! All the rooms were so nice, and the huge updated kitchen was perfect for our large family! The house had the perfect combo of luxury and kid friendly we needed to have the perfect trip! Our family of 5 had a fun and relaxing time at this property! The back yard was great. We enjoyed corn hole, sand volleyball, and relaxing in the sun near the pool. Our 13 year old used the basketball court every day. The garage has been made into a game room. We played ping pong tournaments almost every night we stayed. The home was clean and well stocked with all we needed during our stay. There are restaurants and shopping within 15 minutes of the home. We hiked trails that were a short 15 min drive:). We would highly recommend this home to others looking to have an enjoyable and relaxing vacation!

We stayed here with a group of 5 for a ladies weekend away. We were blown away by this property from the moment we drove up to it! It is absolutely gorgeous, inside and out. Even better than the pictures. It is peaceful and has amazing views. It is a short drive to all the shopping, restaurants, hiking, etc. of Sedona. We spent a lot of time by the fire pit and hot tub, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a few meals, and we felt at home the minute we walked in. We would highly recommend this property!

This is one of the most BEAUTIFUL homes I have had the pleasure of staying in. We reserved it for a Bachelorette trip to Scottsdale. All of the girls absolutely LOVED it! There was so much space and closet space in each room. The interior design was simply gorgeous and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. We definitely enjoyed relaxing by the pool. It's also in a great location. A trip to pickup food, groceries, restaurants or activities can take up to 5-20 minutes; which is not bad at all. VacayAZ was very quick to respond to us if we had any questions. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

This house is amazing! The pool and sauna are great in and of themselves, but the amazing views in the background really made it a next-level experience. Great open floor plan on the first floor, good for large groups. Lots of decks and built-in outdoor grill, great for hanging outside. And there's a trail just outside the backyard door, a 10 minute up to the Summit Trail with *unbelievable* 360 degree views. I highly highly recommend this house!

This was by far the best and most unique Airbnb I've ever stayed in. We came for a Bachelor Party and wanted somewhere more low key and private for our group of 14. The house could not have been a more perfect set up for us. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out, there was so many different places to hang out and things to do. The pool was the perfect spot to sit and look out over the landscape. One of the best things was the huge fire pit that is built right into the massive cliffs behind the house. The hosts were also super responsive to anything we needed and even brought us firewood. Cannot recommend this house enough.

This home is incredible! This was a tennis trip for a group of women. Having 5 bathrooms was definitely a plus as well as 5 bedrooms. There are so amenities from ping pong to pacman to corn hole, pool table plus a pool who could ask for more?? The kitchen is state of the art and the outdoor kitchen was terrific. We grilled, swam, enjoyed the fire pit. The only thing wrong was we didn't stay long enough!

Incredible gem of a midcentury property nestled in the beautiful red rocks of Sedona. Some of the best hiking trails in Sedona were less than a 5-minute walk from the house. We loved every minute of our stay!

This home was perfect for our group of 10! The Ensuite bathrooms are a huge plus! The backyard and pool zones with misters were amazing all day and night. VacayAZ connected us with some private chef's who came and made an incredible brunch. This home is perfect if your intention is to never leave the property (and why would you) as it nestled in a private mini mountain.

Our family had an amazing time staying in this house. There were amenities for all ages- air hockey, TWO fireplaces, pool table, and way more! The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might possibly need and the decor complimented the house and surroundings perfectly. The views were spectacular from every room in the house, but especially from the hot tub at sunset!
