The property was stunning and better than pictured. All of our guests commented how comfortable the beds were. The pool area is amazing with multiple fire pits. The property is at the end of a very quiet street with lots of privacy. Our host was very responsive and was able to accommodate check-in requests. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others for amenities, location and value.

Great location - close enough to downtown Sedona, but far enough to be secluded in beautiful surroundings. Place is unique with the 2 structures and game room activity which was a big hit for older 'kids.' Heated Pool was a nice touch as well. Would definitely recommend.

The views are unparalleled! Our group felt like we didn't even need to leave the house to see the best that Sedona had to offer. The interior of the house is also beautiful and comfortable. The Primary bedroom is massive and luxurious with a great bed. The exterior space was also very fun with the hot tub, grill, fire pits, and market lights. Location is also fantastic with the airport hiking trail just up the road and shops/restaurants just down the road.

Awesome spot! I was here with a group of friends and it was perfect for us. The Pool, pickle ball/basketball court, outdoor grill, and lounge space we used a ton. The location is close to great hikes and restaurants. It really is an awesome spot for some sunshine and R&R. Certainly would recommend!

Unbelievable house if you are a large group going to Scottsdale this house is a must stay. The house itself is beautiful and comes with everything you could think of and more. Host is very easy to reach and was super accommodating through out. Location was great 10-15 minutes from most golf courses, bars and restaurants. The hot tub was amazing and we loved all of the plants and outdoor space. The design and architecture were beautiful. This was of the coolest and most unique places I’ve stayed in so far. We rented the house for a week over Christmas. The family compound worked great for us. There are 2 casitas in addition to the main house so all four families in our group had personal space that was very private. The kids loved the heated pool. It was important to us that the pool was warm on the first day. It didn’t disappoint. Even on a chilly day they swam for a couple of hours. The kitchen/great room layout allowed the whole family to hangout together without feeling crowded. VacayAZ was flexible for our checkin so we could bring the grandkids directly from the airport. Overall it was 5 star experience!!!

Our family of 5 had a fun and relaxing time at this property! The back yard was great. We enjoyed corn hole, sand volleyball, and relaxing in the sun near the pool. Our 13 year old used the basketball court every day. The garage has been made into a game room. We played ping pong tournaments almost every night we stayed. The home was clean and well stocked with all we needed during our stay. There are restaurants and shopping within 15 minutes of the home. We hiked trails that were a short 15 min drive:). We would highly recommend this home to others looking to have an enjoyable and relaxing vacation!

Lots to accommodate the whole family - from lounging by the pool and putting around on the putting green, to the garage filled with a pool table, ping pong table, and air hockey - we all had something fun to do! We loved the luxe yet relaxed interior decor. The kitchen is very well equipped and we were able to cook and bbq more than once.. our favourite times at the house. There is a spectacular view from the living room and the backyard is a fun space with pool, hot tub and fire pit.
We loved the traffic calmed neighbourhood and being able to reach hikes straight from the location. The house is walking distance from shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

It had stunning views on all sides of the house. The views from the large glass windows in the front and back of the house were both breathtaking. The house was immaculate and had a very chic decor. The bedrooms were also stunning with amazing views, and all the beds were comfy and the linens were so soft. This was one of the best Airbnb houses that I have ever seen. It is pricey, but totally worth every penny. My family loved it and it has a ton of space for a big family, or a group of friends. I will definitely try to book this again in the future.

Pool was delightful, there was some mini golf in the yard and plenty of games and sports equipment. We went for a staff retreat and had plenty of room to spread out and work, we used the gym for morning workouts, and the kitchen made cooking for 9 simple and fun. This house is amazing! The pool and sauna are great in and of themselves, but the amazing views in the background really made it a next-level experience. Great open floor plan on the first floor, good for large groups. Lots of decks and built-in outdoor grill, great for hanging outside. And there's a trail just outside the backyard door, a 10 minute up to the Summit Trail with *unbelievable* 360 degree views. I highly highly recommend this house!

We booked the Cliff House for a relaxing getaway and the location and home did not disappoint! We were close to many of Sedona’s beautiful trails, swimming holes, and vortexes, but it was also so lovely to just hang poolside with the barbecue and beautiful views. We also had a lot of fun playing all the games in the game room. It really is a beautiful home - would definitely book again!

This house is something else, starting with the Dragon by the pool and the gorgeous sceneries of Camelback mountain and the city of Phoenix in the back!! This property has it all, with plenty of space to host a lot of people, this is the perfect place for a get-together and spend quality time with friends and family. This place was the the ultimate bachelor pad in a great location in close proximity to old town scottsdale. Ton's of space allowed for every guest to feel comfortale. Incredible amenities inside and out. The outdoor space is a vibe with outdoor bar, firepit, seating area, hot tub and heated pool with a water slide. The kitchen is well stocked, the fridge has tons of space you can really chef it up in there or hire a chef! The games inside (shuffleboard, billiards, fuzbol) are well kept. The perfect place to relax and chill with a big group for a weekend or for weeks!. Highly recommend this place! We had an incredble stay.

This home is incredible! This was a tennis trip for a group of women. Having 5 bathrooms was definitely a plus as well as 5 bedrooms. There are so amenities from ping pong to pacman to corn hole, pool table plus a pool who could ask for more?? The kitchen is state of the art and the outdoor kitchen was terrific. We grilled, swam, enjoyed the fire pit. The only thing wrong was we didn't stay long enough!

This Airbnb was without a doubt the nicest one I’ve stayed in! The house itself was not only beautiful but also incredibly spacious, making our stay extremely comfortable. The amenities were outstanding- from the pool to the basketball court and the outdoor patio area everything contributed to a great experience. Not only was this the perfect house for our needs, but Vacay AZ, the managing organization, was superb as well. We visited with six couples, and had ample space from the outdoor recreation areas, to the movie theatre, to indoor seating (which we didn't use much given the beautiful May weather). There were ample amenities that allowed us to do whatever we wanted with plenty of room to spare. The accommodations were clean, well appointed, and roomy. We're hoping to make another trip to this house in the future.

This was a beautiful spacious house that accommodated a work offsite for our small team very nicely. The layout was awesome and provided a sense of privacy but also had several areas for us to come together and socialize. The bedrooms were spacious and situated to accommodate females and males separately if needed. The rooms consisted of a Master bedroom spanning the entire upstairs and was extremely luxurious, then an outside room in the Casita providing a little more privacy, and then the remaining 3 rooms situated around a sitting area.
The common living areas were large and provided a comfortable setting with strong WIFI throughout the property for both our work meetings and personal use. In the evenings we were able to enjoy the large game room located in the Casita, soak in the hot tub, and sit around the firepit. The property managers were very easy to work with and very responsive. Easy to use QR code pointing us to instructions on the rental. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay in Cave Creek. The rental was impeccable, fully stocked with all the necessities and the location is unbelievable! The views from the patio are just breathtaking. The house was absolutely stunning! From the beautiful outdoor furniture, to the plush bedding the house was exactly what we were looking for! All the rooms were so nice, and the huge updated kitchen was perfect for our large family! The house had the perfect combo of luxury and kid friendly we needed to have the perfect trip! The downstairs movie theater, pool table and arcade kept the kids busy all weekend. The location is great, just minutes from Old Town and Kierland Commons. Definitely will be back. Great vacation.

We absolutely LOVED our stay. The views off the back patio with the hot tub and firepit were stunning. One night we sat in the hot tub and turned off all the house lights–the milky way was right there above us and we saw at least a dozen shooting stars. Truly magical. We loved alternating between the fire pit outside and the fireplace in the living room. The whole environment was peaceful and relaxing.
The kitchen was well provisioned, and we really appreciated that there was dish soap and laundry soap etc. on hand for us to use. The beds and pillows were very comfortable as well. We went as a group of 4 girlfriends, and we all agreed it was one of the nicest Airbnbs we'd ever stayed in. I already want to go back with my husband!

Was a very magical few days!!! The pictures show the house but it is so much more than the photos! Between the game room, heated pool, hot tub and steam room it kept everyone entertained!!! Was so much fun!!! Beautiful house, surroundings and so many small private seating areas on the property. Although the surrounding area has so much to offer— we never made it off the property everyone was so happy there! Working with VacayAz was so easy!! They quickly answered all my questions!!

Pictures don’t do justice for this exquisitely designed and appointed property. We were 3 families and there was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The outdoor space is perfect for entertaining and relaxing. Will definitely look at staying here again for future family vacations!

We LOVED this house. The views are absolutely spectacular. It's walking distance to the Broken Arrow trailhead, which hosts some of Sedona's most iconic hikes and off road vehicle trails.
The house was spacious, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive. We loved the landscaped yard with all the seating areas and water features. The house is in a neighborhood, but it feels extremely private. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to beautiful Sedona.

The house was amazing and came with everything you need. Large spacious bedrooms, pool, pickleball court… it was really the nicest house we’ve ever stayed in and was perfect for our large group. I’d also add the beds are new and very comfortable. The location is great and is a short walk or cab ride to old town. The host was also very responsive and available for anything that we needed. 10/10 would stay here again without a doubt.
