Patrick Tice launched VacayAZ after the idea of helping investors find luxury properties in the prime locations around Scottsdale, Arizona. Pat’s goal was to solve an organic problem in the industry by creating a “one stop shop” business model for short term vacation rental.
Quality Control & Supply Manager
Jack ensures everything is in superior condition before your stay. He coordinates the inhouse cleaning department, trains employees, keeps track of supplies, and schedules necessary repairs. On top of this, Jack also provides quality linens, stocks homes between stays, and organizes using detailed checklists. Jack ensures the vacation experience is unforgettable for both homeowners and guests from the start.
Zach oversees the daily operations of VacayAZ. Including business development, strategic planning, marketing, property care, and repairs. He handles banking and accounting needs, owner invoicing, vendor payouts, business expenses, and account management. When it comes to homeowners, Zach takes care of everything for you. This includes reservation management, content creation, social media management, and listing development.
