VacayAZ enforces good neighbor policies on all managed properties. Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. We do not provide speakers and/or sound systems on-site.

There is no garage access as the home was not built with one. There is a driveway & street availability for parking.

Any guest found in violation of local noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine. In addition, the City may impose fines of up to $10,000 per violation. Guests may also be required to vacate the property due to noncompliance.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit, and guests will be responsible for any additional costs associated with smoke-related damage or remediation.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.

If you wish to change dates or reduce your length of stay, you must do so within 48 hours from booking. After 48 hours, you may not reschedule your reservation dates.

Removing nights after 48 hours will fall under our standard cancellation policy. You will receive a 50% refund of the night(s) removed up until 7 days prior to check in. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in.
