We provide an assortment of books for leisurely reading, Apple TV / Smart TV’s to connect to Netflix, a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, bakeware, small appliances, utensils and even coffee and spices to get you started. The backyard has a sparkling play pool, large grassy areas, BBQ, dining table and 4 chaise loungers for soaking up the sun!

*POOL HEATING:
There is an additional charge to heat the pool of $75 per day of your stay. Pool heat option is on an all or nothing basis. If you choose to heat the pool, you must pay $75 per day for the entirety of your stay.
