We offer all the conveniences of a hotel but with more space and amenities. All our homes are furnished with professionally laundered linens that are changed and washed for every guest, blow dryers, irons, blenders, hangers, all cooking supplies, and more.

Accommodations You Can Expect During Your Stay

• Additional fee for heating the pool: There is an additional fee of $175 per night, with a three-night minimum to heat the swimming pool.
• Many amenities: We offer all the conveniences of a hotel, but with more space and amenities. All our homes are furnished with professionally laundered linens that are changed and washed for every guest, blow dryers, irons, blenders, hangers, all cooking supplies, and more.
• It's all yours: ‍The entire home is yours to enjoy during your stay.
• ‍Guest access: An electronic code will be provided to you 7 days before check-in.
• ‍Interaction with guests: We are available as much or as little as you desire. Our office and homes are nearby, so anyone from our staff can accommodate your needs.

Spend your days soaking up the sun by the pool, enjoying games and laughter, then head out to experience Phoenix’s energetic nightlife and entertainment. With plenty of room to relax, play, and celebrate together, this home is designed for fun while respecting the neighborhood’s quiet hours.

• No professional photo/video shoots are allowed unless approved by VacayAZ.
• No extra overnight guests. Occupancy is limited to the maximum number of guests shown in the listing.
• Signed agreement. A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home before we begin booking.
• ‍No loud noise after 9 p.m. Violating this rule will result in the loss of the security deposit and removal from the home without a refund. Noise meters are on site to monitor noise levels.
• Must be at least 28 years old to book.
• We love pets! Pets are permitted with VacayAZ approval. Pet fees may apply.
• No damage is tolerated. Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
• Guests will be charged for any damage to the home resulting from their stay.

Any items left behind at checkout can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the shipping cost.
