House Rules

• A completed and signed rental agreement is required to confirm a reservation.
• The individual booking the stay must be at least 26 years old at the time of reservation.
• Pet accommodations may be granted individually with advance approval; additional charges may apply.
• Quiet hours are observed beginning at 9:00 p.m. 
• Permission must be obtained in advance for any professional photo or video production.
• Guests assume responsibility for any damages that occur during their occupancy.
• Personal items left behind may be returned upon request, subject to a small handling and shipping fee.

Cancellation Policy

• Reservations canceled within 48 hours of the original booking qualify for a full refund.
• A partial refund of 50% is offered when a cancellation is submitted at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
• Any cancellation occurring 7 days or fewer prior to check-in is not eligible for a refund.
