Welcome to Serenity in the Southwest! This home is nestled in the heart of Cave Creek near all the local hot spots. Just a short drive, or walk, from the home you can make it to local shopping, dining, site seeing, and hiking. When you're not enjoying the town, the home offers plenty for you to do with a peaceful and very private backyard. Play in the heated pool* with the entire family on a hot day, gather around the firepit on a chilly evening for some quality conversation, or enjoy a nice grilled dinner prepared on the built-in barbeque grill. Inside offers a spacious and comfortable setting; an open family room with a cozy fireplace, spacious kitchen with everything needed to prepare a group dinner, and large bedrooms with high qulaity beds and linens. Enjoy the town of Cave Creek like a true local!

We offer all the conveniences of a hotel, but with more space and more amenities. All our homes are furnished with professionally laundered linens all changed and washed for every guest, blow dryers, irons, blenders, bluetooth speakers, hangers, all cooking supplies and more.

*POOL HEATING:
There is an additional cost to heat the pool. The cost is $125 per night of your stay and is on an all-or-nothing basis.

An electronic code will be provided to you 7 days before check-in.

A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.

‍No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund. There are noise meters on site monitoring noise levels.

Must be at least 30 years old to book.

Pets are not permitted under any circumstance. Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.

Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay.

Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.

‍Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.
